The product I purchased took a fairly long time to arrive. However, Viral Style's customer service dept was very accommodating in letting me know reasons why and latest status with tracking information. If it weren't for their customer service, I would have cancelled the order. Very happy with the service and love the sweatshirt I bought from them.

I love this company they were able to find out what happened to my package . And was able to make my first time experience with Viralstyle great. Gabriela T. (Viralstyle) She helped me and just was really happy with my while experience was great

Wow! Placed my order, screwed up one of the color choices and all it took was a quick email to Brittany at Virastyle and within moments it was fixed! Fabulousness!!!!

I placed my order on Nov 19th for one Tee shirt. My credit card was charged immediately. I called to follow up on Dec 12th when I still had not received it and again on Dec 15th and was told it would ship that day. CS rep admitted having issues with getting orders out the door. I was assured I would receive item BEFORE Christmas as it was a present. Item did not ship until Dec 23rd and I received it on Dec 26th. I emailed and asked for a refund of $10.00 for shipping charges and the reply was that since I did receive item no refund would be issued. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!

Very fast delivery. I wasn't expecting to get my order until after Christmas, because I did my shopping a bit too late. But Viral Style got it to me before Christmas! Thanks guys!

Great Company and Customer Service provided by Gabriela T. was outstanding. Had some order issues and she resolved my issues in a timely manner. Was unsure how the campaigns worked and she kinda assisted. I am looking forward to receiving my order and will order from Viral Style again.

I recently placed an order with Viral Style for a "limited edition" shirt of my favorite band/performer. It was easy to place an order, it came when they said and all was good until I went to wear my shirt for the first time. There was a defect. So I immediately contacted the company and sent pics...Kishan K. worked with me. He was quick to respond and thorough in gathering the information needed to look into the issue (was it my fault or theirs). It ended up being a defect on their side - he let me know they were looking into the issue to fix within their company as well as sending me a replacement shirt. I appreciate a business that takes the time to review and resolve an issue but also takes it within the company to make sure it does not happen again. I respect that.

Quick to respond to my request for assistance and super friendly, too! My package got returned to sender and they were more than willing to get it shipped back to me without any delay!

I was worried because I hadn't received any word on my order. I called and Stephen was great. Found I had a typo in my email and the package was delivered to my mail box the day before! I checked again and there it was. Not only am I happy with my order but Stephen in customer service was GREAT!

I got the In The End Beatles shirt and it is very nice. My advice is order up. I always get medium, but just sensed that these might not be that big and ordered large and it is fine. Americans like their shirts a bit baggier than their English counterparts. The people at Viral Style are very helpful!

I sent an email expressing my concern at not having been contacted in regard to my order. I received a positive response within 24 hours as my issue was resolved in a courteous and efficient manner.

I had to return a T shirt. Staff at Viral Style were courteous and explained what I needed to do. I had my refund before they even had received the shirt in the mail.

This business provides a different way to buy original merchandise and has excellent customer service, I would recommend it to friends and family.

I was a little nervous about ordering from a company I'd never heard of and in response to a Facebook ad. I'm now a fan. When I realized that I'd mistakenly ordered two "Gibbs' List" sweatshirts instead of one, I emailed customer service, and "Josh W." took care of the extra charge immediately. Once I was told that the sweatshirt was finished and on its way, I had problems finding "tracking" information, and I emailed Josh again. He came to the rescue immediately.. By the time he'd found the information (the Post Office took 7 days to deliver a parcel that was supposed to be a "2 Day" delivery), I'd received the sweatshirt. I was delighted at the quality firstrate fabric, excellent printing job. This will be a Christmas gift for my husband, a mad NCIS fan who's recorded more than 250 old episodes in our DVR system. I can hardly wait to see his face when he opens the present December 25. Keep up the good work.
