I ordered the wrong color shirt and the size I ordered was smaller than I thought it would be. I emailed and Spencer S. assisted me with this issue. Even though the color was my mistake I never received one email stating you placed the order and received what you ordered! Spencer was awesome, and understanding!!! He fixed everything for me! This customer service exceed my expectations by 100%

When I first saw this offer on Facebook, I knew I had to have one. In the middle of all of this I was starting a new journey across the country and so wanted my Keith tee to come with me. Through address changes, etc, it was lost. After a bit of research I FRANKI F. was my contact. We exchanged emails and Frankie was on top of it. Then like a miracle the shirt arrived! I danced around for hours. Thanks again to you diligent, professional staff, especially FRANKIE F. Please offer more great deals. All my friends are jealous that they missed out!

I had a great experience with this company. Morgan answered my many many questions and put my mind at ease. I was concerned about the quality, the delivery date and was a bit concerned after I placed my order and it took my money then said they didn't deliver to my remote area. But I emailed the company was within the hour I had a response from them. The customer service was excellent.

Ordered my shirt and was emailed when the shirt was printed, was emailed when it was mailed out with tracking info. Came in quickly after. I received 2 shirts when I only paid for one. I am not complaining, however, I messaged them on Facebook and let them know of the error. I was told to keep the 2nd shirt so I didn't have to pay to send it back. So very excited to not have just 1 but 2 of this awesome limited t-shirt!!

I placed an order for a phone case on 8/12. They were very quick to remove the money from my bank but after multiple emails to customer service, they never did give me a valid ship date. They did refund me the $5 shipping, then the phone case shipped out the next day. Coincidence? Who knows, but I finally got a tracking number. It is September 29th and I'm still waiting on my product....
If ViralStyle would inform people BEFORE buying their product that there are "campains" and that it could take 6 weeks to receive their order they might have better business. People don't like to be lied to.

I saw the most perfect hard to find tshirt on Facebook by Viral Style. I ordered it and received it in time for xmas presents! I did contact customer service to double check on the shipping and received a quick reply. I highly recommend this company!

Haven't seen the product yet, but the service has been great. Ordering was easy and quick. I requested a change of the shipping address and Aston T was able to handle that in a very quick manner that I certainly appreciate.
