I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me....only if they follow through with their promise of a return phone callI was phoned on March 31, 2016 and spoke personally with Nicole Lthe UnitedHealth care representativeShe agreed this bill should be paid by UnitedHealth care but was not authorized to make that decision and was sending this matter to the powers-for final approvalNicole promised me a return follow up call phone call with the answer to my claim. I am rejecting this response because:
It is my understanding that my Health Savings Bank account is not subject to HIPAA protection, and my dispute is in no way one which references any coverage of healthcare or doctor's visit or any kind. This is a dispute over a dishonestly charged banking fee, not a matter of healthcare which should fall under the HIPAA coverage. Additionally, I have not been contacted by the business, and quite frankly I do not trust their word that they will contact me, and certainly do not hold out hope that they will refund my $fee. It seems to me that they are attempting to bury my complaint by using the HIPAA privacy rules as a way to get out from under the Revdex.com's involvement
