I am rejecting this response because: Mark from UMR made contact on 1/20/to discus my issueWhile we discussed ways to resolve the issue, Mark never followed through on what he promised to doI made an additional call to his office on 1/27/17, where again he said he would resolve my issue, but yet again no action has been taken by UMRThis timeline is unacceptableAll I'm waiting for is a shipping bag that they said they will send, so I can return the items I did not order

United Healthcare is not responding to this complaint as they hide behind HIPAAHIPAA has no such requirementI filed a public complaint and they should be held to account, publicly, for why they stubbornly refuse to follow their contract in spite of clear, obvious, and known medical evidence that the covered mesalamine drugs are not therapeutically equivalent to Pentasa due to different coating technologies
