I am rejecting this response because: a guy named Williams is looking into this but haven't heard of a new issue or anything for the rewards card Just that basically he is looking into this matter Until I have some sort of tracking number or prepaid card adding upto what I've walked I will continue to reject their response And I have spoken to omni the place they get gift cards and have been told by them mid November a card was issued
