A major part of my complaint is one of Policy by United HealthI want to know why the company's Policy allowed an internal customer service representative to hang up on a client, and not call them back
I also demand to know why policy would allow for what appears to me to be anti-competitive behavior, by forcing unnecessary paperwork on medical service providers (doctors)
I advice United Health to comment with only anonymous information - and provide no specifics as to my particular case or situation
A blanket response that the company hides behind the HIPAA compliance requirements does not take away its duty to its customers and organizations such as Revdex.com
