The only reason I am leaving a positive review is because Victoria turned my experience around. The first person with whom I spoke with from Innovative, was extremely condescending and rude to both me and mother. Victoria had the utmost respect and patience with me, even when I was surely a difficult client/customer. Her follow-up skills were unmatched, and she was always understanding and willing to work with me in whatever situation. She deserves recognition (and a promotion)! The more employees you have like Victoria, the better ANY company will be.

Robert was very helpful and patient with this process. overall process was easy and convenient. Thanks for all your help I really appreciate it.

I was preapproved for my auto refi load. I filled out the paperwork they sent me. Paid to have it notarized. Sent it back to them. I emailed back a few times within a month and got no answers! Then someone FINALLY replied and said he'd help me, because the other guy (***), is no longer there. Then I sent a couple more emails, and as you can guess, AGAIN, no replies! *** or ***) Then I get a call from a smug guy stating that rate isn't valid anymore, unless I wanted to pay more per month with a shorter term loan. (As he's chuckling about it.) Then asks how I want to proceed. I said I want my title back and I'm NOT doing business with you. It's been 3 weeks, and I STILL don't have my title back!! It takes a LOT for me to give a negative review, but these guys are HORRIBLE and hope nobody else ever has the issues I'm having. Oh, and I also have THREE hard hits on my credit report from them, yet couldn't get them to proceed with the loan.

First of all, I would like to apologize for any confusion or issues with regard to your loan approval. IFS will be sending your title via FedEx two day mail and it will go out this afternoon.

After reviewing your previous file, it looks like the original documents were sent to you on 11-08-2018 via FedEx Mail. IFS did not receive those original documents from you until 11-28-2018, which caused the original deal to expire as approvals are only good for 30 days. We apologize that the approval expired. However, in the current rising interest rate environment it is important to get the documents back quickly. Please let us know if you don't receive your title back via FedEx. Thank you.
