I needed to finance my leased vehicle. I was very apprehensive with online financing and did not know what would be required, but working with Khoi made the process so seemless! wonderful ! He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and did not pass judgement...so helpful ! He worked so hard on my deal, my own brother would not have worked any harder-that’s how I can put it! He was a blessing!

My experience with Innovative Funding Services was excellent. Calvin C, who handled the finance process for me, was wonderful. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, was thorough and always pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I use Credit Karma and was given a suggestion of a car refinance. that is how I got messed up with the company. The first customer service rep, ***, never returned calls or emails and consistently tried to get us to pay a down payment and fees for using their service, none of this was disclosed on Credit karma. Now, nearly a month later, we were told we were approved with no down payment and the lender would be calling us to confirm everything, that never did happen and conveniently, they said *** is no longer with them and another CSR has taken over. Now we are told that lender pulled out (which we do not believe) and they are wanting a down payment. We reinterated that we did not want a down payment, they call and harass us. This was basically fraud and scam.

Innovative Funding Services, LLC (IFS) would like to take the opportunity to detail out the facts of this application. When your application was originally received, IFS received an approval from a lender. However, when the lender analyzed your credit situation more in depth, they added two 401K loans into your debt to income ratio. With the addition of these debts, it increased your debt to income ratio above their parameters and they could no longer approve the loan. Although your finance advisor left the company, a manager took over and was able to secure another approval but this new lender required a small down payment. With regard to any loan, IFS would assess you the permitted documentation fees. We have reached out to you again today to try and assist you with this ***saction; however, it appears that you are not interested in moving forward. We are sorry that we could not find you a lender with no down payment. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this ***saction but at this time, we cannot fulfill your request.

I have repeatedly told them I did not want a down payment. They had full disclosure to all income and this just plain false. Since that time, I have been repeatedly harrassed by *** by phone and email. The amazingly now drop the down payment since I refused it to try and get me to take it. As I told him, I would only accept if there was NO DOWN PAYMENT. If they want to take that as I won't move forward that's on them. This was a simple bait and switch with multiple fairy tales. If they are willing to pay the down payment themselves, then fine. Otherwise, they can re-evaluate in a month after the next payment is made - we were simply looking to save money, we are not desperate to refinance.

As you make each payment on your vehicle the down payment requirements may decrease. If you don't want to make a down payment, you might want to pay a little extra each month on the principal. Remember, each lender values autos and debt differently. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your refinance.

I told the representative to stop contacting me, yet he did, so that was his intent. The process was better than expected. The agent I worked with was very patient and understanding. She answered to all my questions in a timely manner; she was very informative AND help me save money. The dealership was going to cost me more, higher interest rate and less protection. I highly recommend IFS.

The only reason I am leaving a positive review is because Victoria turned my experience around. The first person with whom I spoke with from Innovative, was extremely condescending and rude to both me and mother. Victoria had the utmost respect and patience with me, even when I was surely a difficult client/customer. Her follow-up skills were unmatched, and she was always understanding and willing to work with me in whatever situation. She deserves recognition (and a promotion)! The more employees you have like Victoria, the better ANY company will be.
