I went through a refinance with IFS and it was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Mitchell was so informative and helpful. Would totally do business with them again. They got me a significantly lower rate and saved me thousands of dollars.

I used Innovative funding to purchase my old company car so that my teenager would have a car to drive when he turned 16. The loan process was easy and efficient- and this is the only reason they are getting 2 stars and not one.
Since the vehicle we purchased was a couple years old with miles on it the required that I purchase a warranty from EZCare fro over $2,000. I was told by my loan representative that it covered the entire vehicle bumper-to-bumper. So when the car started acting up the dealer said the transmission and clutch were shot- EZCare said they would only pay for the work on the transmission and not the clutch- the clutch was going to cost us $2,400 to remedy.
EZCare said this was all in writing on the contract I had signed when I requested a copy of my contract they said they do not have it on file and I would have to call Innovative Funding.
This seemed extremely shady to me.
I feel really taken advantage of and wish that Innovative Funding Services wouldn't require you to use a company that has 2 stars on Revdex.com and an enormous amount of complaints. Before getting a used car loan I recommend doing some research on the warranty companies pushed by these lenders and ask more questions. In retrospect- I wish I would have done this, instead I blindly put my faith in the loan officer.

The incident described is very unfortunate; however, EZCare's Primary Care package purchased with your transaction has limited coverage. In order to evaluate this matter further, IFS would need additional information such as the repair order, etc.
