Very Poor Service. It took over a month for IFS to send title transfer docs to La. following my purchase (told us it may have been held up due to Christmas holidays). Then IFS did not fund properly and it was rejected by State of La.(Their representative told us they did not know how much to send). After numerous phone calls we finally were able to get the proper funding determined and sent to the State of La. (took three days to get approval to get funds FedEx ed) . By the time all this was completed the paper tags had expired !! We have spent no less than 5 hrs over 2 months on the phone constantly monitoring the entire process. Had we not stayed engaged through out this process we still would be waiting on plates and title. I would strongly recommend finding someone else to handle out of state title transfers

I needed to finance my leased vehicle. I was very apprehensive with online financing and did not know what would be required, but working with Khoi made the process so seemless! wonderful !
