I submitted an application on 7/14/19. The next day I did receive an email and phone call from Candice saying she was my finance person and to call her when I could.
I called her that morning and left her a vocemail. I tried again 3 more times the same day. I also sent her an email to contact me.
I called in the next day and requested a different finance person. I got Gretchen, she was nice and helpful. She entered in additional information, sent me an email
Requesting docs. I uploaded those documents to her within 24 hours. She was supposed to call me back the afternoon of the 16th, never head from her. I did call and leave her voicemails as well.
I called again on 7/17/19 and got a Christina who said she couldn’t see my file and she would leave 2 notes for Gretchen (one sticky on monitor and one in file) to call me because she was on her day off.
I still have yet to hear anything from anyone, why do I as the customer have to beg you to take my business??????????????????????????????
I had 2 other refinancing offers come in during this time, I was waiting solely because Gretchen said she could help and I did get a really good pre-qualify amount from you.
As of 8:30 am on 7/19/19 I will have made a final decision to go with someone else. I am not even sure I want to give you my business anymore due to your bad customer service.

In 03/2019 I received an alert from my Equifax credit monitoring stating that there were 3 recent and different unusual credit inquires sent to my credit file. One of them included Innovative Funding Services for auto financing and the other 2 were for a mortgage loan and a credit card. I was asked to verify my knowledge of these inquires and replied that I did not make or authorized such inquires. I was also informed that I needed to contact the respective companies to have these inquires removed from my credit file (These inquires were only on my Equifax report). Two of the companies corrected/removed the errors on my Equifax report as requested but it was impossible to contact Innovative Funding Services by phone. Therefore a written request was sent to the company by mail but to date there has been no response from the company and the inquire is still in my Equifax credit file. A copy of the following letter as shown below was mailed to Innovative Funding Services on 04/29/2019.
