I submitted an online application to refinance a vehicle with Innovative Funding Services (IFS) and now they can't find all the sensitive information I included and seem uninterested in what ramifications may come from the breech. The sensitive information included images of our drivers license (front & back), vehicle registration and proof of insurance, and copies of our last payroll checks.
After a few days passed with no communication from IFS I called to find that they had none of the information I had sent. After spending half of the day playing phone tag with a manager (Mike ***) I ultimately learned that he had no idea where the information was and could care less about finding it; only that I provide it once again. I cancelled the application because of lost confidence and a deep seated fear that this company has just stolen the identity of my wife and me.
