COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. I applied for an auto loan refinance with IFS after finding them on Credit Karma website. At first they offered me a great term and rate but them the girl made "a mistake" and said she quoted me the wrong term and percentage rate. She proposed a different scenario, to which I agreed even though it meant completing all new paperwork. Once done, this girl stopped responding as she had "gone on vacation". The new contact asked for more documentation, which I sent. After waiting for another week, I was contacted by a sales manager who said the lender would not give me the agreed upon rate and term and offered me a third option. At this point I said NO. Additionally, while they were processing all of these impossible loans, they advised me to NOT pay this month's current loan payment as they assured me that the new loan would be funded in plenty of time. I better not get a late fee or a ding on my credit report. Now I have these hard inquiries on my credit report and did not even proceed with the loan. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

First of all, I would like to apologize for any confusion with regard to quoting the rates. We understand that quoting the rates is important to our customers but sometimes errors occur. After reviewing the notes and listing to the phone call, the sales manager indicated that the term had changed but no the late fee. We apologize for any confusion and wish you the best on your refinance.

I had the privilege of getting a gentleman by name Bradley and he prolly glad he thru with me cause I called so many times lol but we got me approved and on my way this company is awesome thanks for everything
