Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated March 21, regarding the above-referenced accountT-Mobile is happy to report we have resolved this matter to Mr***’s satisfaction
T-Mobile regrets to hear of Mr***’s concerns regarding international charges on his accountAfter review of his account, T-Mobile has found that he incurred $in charges for international calls from the United States to another country at a rate of $per from January 26, through March 6, Regretfully, due to an inadvertent error, Mr***’s Stateside International Feature was removed when he changed his rate plan to the T-Mobile ONE rate planIt should be noted that Mr***’s Stateside International feature would have made the calls Mr*** made free
In an effort to amicably resolve this matter, on March 8, 2017, a partial credit for the international calls was applied to the account in the amount of $Furthermore, on March 26, 2017, T-Mobile applied an additional credit for the international calls in the amount of $for the remainder of the international callsMr***’s account now reflects a remaining balance of $for the remaining charges on the billing statement dated March 6, Upon speaking with Mr***, he has accepted this as resolution to his concerns
Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed
