warranty. She has accepted this as a fair resolution to her complaint. She should receive the new unit in approximately 5-7 business days. The delivery agency will have to haul away the current unit at the same time they deliver the new appliance. Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation. I spoke with the consumer on 9/15/16 and apologized for her experience.  I agreed to buy back her GE refrigerator.  I also informed the consumer that we are resending the $225 check to her correct PO Box for food loss...

and the cost of a mini fridge.  I also processed another $100 check for her 2nd food loss event.  Finally I gave the consumer our [redacted] Insurance phone number if needed for loss of medicine.   Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance.   [redacted]

the Item delivered on 7/3/2015 was defective.
It has scratches and a dent. Furthermore the appliance is defective my kitchen flooded on 7/4 / I turned all water off. There was residual water and I got flooded on both on 7/4 and 7/5
I have had no water in my kitchen since  7/4.
In addition I have emails to prove I was asking for a replacement since 5/16 that is over 9 weeks.
I took five day off from work
I am asking for a replacement refrigerator at this point the full cost of refrigerator should be reimbursed.
It has been 9 week with a defective refrigerator and Saturday will be a week with no water in my kitchen due to refrigerator

2/24/2016 Per customer her Case Manager [redacted] GE is buying back her refrigerator in the amount of $1271.00. The check has been cut and will be sent 3-5 business days. Per Leigh Ann she considers the case resolved unless she doesn't receive the check.

Please respond here ONLY]if I bought a new dishwasher why would it need repair before it was installed?  I feel it was a damaged return not new or defective from the factory.  I should receive a new non defective model or some other compensation for this problem.  Perhaps they should extend my warranty if they truly believe the dishwasher is fine instead of suggesting I pay for extension.

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation.   I attempted to reach K[redacted] by phone number [redacted] more than once this morning and the recording states that the subscriber I have dialed is not in service.  I was attempting to call Mr. [redacted] to once again offer to have our Factory Service Technician to come back out to service his in warranty unit.  I will also be happy to reimburse the consumer $100 for food loss. He received $100 for the first food loss incident.   Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance.
