Both GE technicians and quality engineers have determined that the laundry pair is working as designed.  We have offered suggestions to prevent the issues they're experiencing.  We will take no further action.  Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance.

This has been resolved.  We agreed to reimburse the consumer for his refrigerator purchase and sent him a check.  He cashed it on 11/22/17.

This issue was caused by a poor installation by [redacted].  [redacted] has refused to help the consumer so I have agreed to reimburse the cost of correcting the install for goodwill.   thanks

Since filing our complaint GE Appliances contacted us, but there has been no progress toward a resolution. GE Appliances has put a resolution on hold until 9/29/16, when they will be contacting us by phone.
