rejecting this response because:My initial complaint was not with the piof the dressers (although I appreciate them indicating that they will pick them up), but for their recall communication lines both phone or email being unavailableThey have provided a faulty phone and email address (I encourage the Revdex.com to try either of these venues published on the IKEA recall website)IKEA needs a valid email a phone line for recall of this dangerous product unless they expect every single consumer harmed by this product to have to use the Revdex.com to obtain a recall This is a serious matter as it has resulted in the death of children and IKEA providing a fraudulent email and phone number indicates that they are not taking this matter seriously
