partially satisfactory to me In my complaint, I stated that I wished to receive the refund to which I am entitledI am pleased to have received this refund with the help of the Revdex.comHowever, I also stated in my complaint that I want to be sure that no other customer has the same experience that I didI have no reason to believe that the second part of my complaint has been satisfied by IKEA It is plain wrong to provide customers with a telephone number that no one ever answers as the number to use to cancel an order for a kitchen design consultationIt is also wrong that I was rebilled for the expense after having been told by IKEA that a refund was in the works and I believe that I am also entitled to an apology for the enormous amount of time I have had to waste trying to get the refund processedBut my biggest concern is that this not happen again to any other customer I am sure that many people end up eating the cost of the design service because they are unable to get through to IKEA

email was sent to the customer with the following: "I apologize that you were misinformed regarding our assembly team being required to mount dressers to the wallIn the terms and conditions that where signed prior to the service being performed it states that the assembly team is required to mount
items to the wall if specified by the assembly instructionsOn page Steps and of the assembly instructions of the RAST drawer chest specifies wall mountingThe $assembly fee that was charged is our first bracket of assembly service, on your order you specified that the FJELLSE bed frame, RAST night stand, and BRUSALI desk were also to be assembledWhere these items assembled? If they were not we will have no problem refunding your assembly feePlease respond to this email informing us if the other items were not assembled."

I am rejecting this response because:Ikea did not leave me a voicemail about the complaint. It's disgusting that they lie when responding to Revdex.com. It doesn't matter because I drove back over the store and a clerk processed the refund for me. I don't think it has gone through on my credit card yet, but I have the receipt for the refund so I will follow up with my credit card company if it doesn't go through. Ikea should just be clear to customers that nothing gets done over the phone- you have to go back to the store. I will never shop there again

from ***The lady dropping it off said she couldnt believe anyone would ship something looking like thatThe way it was wrapped was a joke and the bottom back corner is also dented inWere just going to live with it cause we dont have hours upon hours to waste on the phone with Ikea customer serviceCalling it a life lesson on where not to shop while furnishing our new house and where not to get our kitchen.
