Hello,We will issue a Freight refund to the customer, but we do not offer any assembly services with online orders We will work to expedite the order as quickly as possible, and update the customer via email once the order ships from our Central Distribution Center.Thank you in

Our records indicate that all merchandise has been refunded. That includes chests as well as the mirrored glass for a total of $686.99. Please let us know if you need additional assistance

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to not dissasemble the bed: however I want confirmation that the bed that I ordered and paid for will still be delivered Previously Ikea stated they would call teh police on me if I did this or they woudln't deliver the bed I paid for I would like written confirmation that if I don't return the bed then I will still get the bed I paid for.

I am rejecting this response because:IKEA has provided the exact same response as previously, which I rejectedThe dressers were purchased in the USIKEA has itself stated that the dressers are only recalled for North America, and that each IKEA acts independentlyTherefore, I cannot contact IKEA Italy about returning dressers which were purchased in and recalled in the US

Called this customer, told her that we will send her store credit for future assembly and delivery service, I’m bumping it to since assembly price is now Customer was very appreciative of that and looks forward to coming in and picking out a new dresser

Hello,Customer was contacted via email on 08/28/in relation to the order Customers order also shows as delivered on 08/28/after the initial email response We have not heard back from the customer via email I am also showing the customer called in on 08/29/and
spoke with a coworker who agreed to issue a refund of the delivery costs for the mistake.Thank you in advance,*** ***
