The St Louis store has contacted ** *** regarding her assembly. Our assembly team will need to remove baseboards in order to secure the unit to the wall. The customer does not want to remove the baseboards. There was no resolution during this call as the customer stated

I am rejecting this response because Ikea has claimed that they are processing a refund in the past, but have not done so I will only be satisfied once I see that the money we paid is back in our accounts Please keep this case open until Ikea has reimbursed us

I have spent another hour on the phone trying to reach ikea in regards to this complaint and when they answered after an hour on hold they could not help me at all and had no solution for a resolutionI attempted to call the number back that called me yesterday while I was driving and the message left had no telephone extFor the person trying to contact meOnce again ikea fails at quality customer service and I wasted even more time
