I asked Ikea for compensation back in July due to their employee giving me incorrect information and having me rent a truck to pick up an item the store didn't even have and wasn't willing to give meI have been told for months now that the check is in the mail for meI have communicated with Marco in the customer service department that I wanted my money by Friday 9/or I was putting in a complaint for triple the amountI may have to take this matter to small claims court now since Ikea keeps giving me information about sending me a check.I want my refund of $ASAP
Corresponded with customer over email 03//29/and advised additional promised gift card was sent out that day. Please advise

response because: I already told them the rug was purchased as a group giftI will not be able to find out the details they want in order to process the refundHowever, I am willing to compromise and take the merchandise credit which was offered to me in the store just to put this whole incident behind usI saw that small claims would be time consuming and I want simply to move on with my life in peace, I do not want the stress of being treated poorly anymore by your employees.
