October 13, 2017Dear *** ***, We received your letter dated October 10, regarding a complaint from *** *** ***, *** *** *** Phila, PA. *** *** said there was grass on her property which was sticking to her patio due to water. I went back and tried
to clean up as best as I could. I spoke to her husband, at that time, and tried to explain to him about the water causing everything to be wet and hard to clean up. Since I did respond to this complaint, I was surprised to receive a letter from the Revdex.com. Very truly yours,

I am rejecting this response because: I have already rejected this solution once before I continue to reject it because I was sold a defective product and a reputable company should stand behind the products they sell Not only is the product defective, it has caused deaths It doesn't matter where in the world one happens to have imported this merchandise, the fact of the matter is it remains life-threatening

Just to clarify, the customer is stating they are not in possession of the dressers purchased yrs ago? In order to obtain a refund, the recalled product must be returned to IKEA If the customer is still in possession, we are more than happy to issue a pickup
