regards to the bed that was delivered in error, if she is unwilling to disassemble the bed enough to where the TSP can remove it, she can keep it

You disputed the charge with your bank/card issuer. Your bank sent over the necessary documentation to IKEA. IKEA has approved this. All refunds must come from your bank. IKEA is no longer able to assist you with your refund going forward

Please note, we believe that our chest of drawer range is safe to use in your home when attached to the wall following the assembly guidelines

Once you bring your items back to IKEA Houston, they will determine if a refund is applicable
