I am rejecting this response because:That was a different bed frame for my family Like I mentioned on my last email , we bought lots of furniture from IKEA, our all family is ikea customer. I have the bed frame,slat base,and the mid beam. I can simply bring the items back to the IKEA store on Katy freeway where bought our all furnitureWe are not happy with this item and do not want to keep it Please let me know when I can bring them back and get my refund Thank you

because:
I received a gift card for missing items, however there were items missingI did not receive quantity of ***, which I had paid forInstead I received some other items I did not order. Also sending gift cards instead of credit card refund is unacceptable for goods that were not delivered, and for which I have paid a delivery fee.

I am rejecting this response because: no one ever explained the store policyI asked to have everything delivered and for the bed to be set upNo one said "Would you like the complete bed set up?" They just gave me the totalIf this is how they choose to operate this needs to be clearly explainedYou can not sell a bed and have a customer pay for delivery and set up and expect them to know they are only getting half of the bed set up
