my complaint #1, there has been no offer #2, I have again been asked to pay more than the unsigned agreement and now there is a request for payment without having been presented with a billI received the first accounting of billing today, 7/26/16, which groups together charges and alludes to an unexplained adjustment which I have no confidence will be justly appropriate. The agreement says that the current billing for the "current subscriber" is $yet they are trying to say it is $454.50. Prior to 7/21/customer service would not talk to me and provide me any of this informationIn addition to the $454.50, the representative from Cincinnati bell claims current service charges are $238.11, when the only service I ever requested is $per month. There is no explanation for the extra $charged. Keep in context that all of these charges are for a single phone line, local calling only, of which I have not used for inbound or outbound calling. Part of the time they claim this account was in my company's name (*** ***), they suspended the account. Finally, the contract states that it is not effective unless signed by a Cincinnati Bell representative. I asked to rescind my offer today since this contract is unsigned. The people I am communicating with are not explaining any of these inconsistencies with the letter of their template agreement, which again is unsigned and rescinded by me, today, 7/26/16. Even if signed, it only details $for current subscriber (*** *** ***), $transfer fee. The current contact points at Cincinnati bell are not making any attempt to reasonably and correctly resolve this.
