showing your service was ported out effective 02/11/15. Cincinnati Bell Wireless does bill one month behind, and your billing cycle is from 01/14-02/13; also there is voice, text and data usage on the bill. Cincinnati Bell Wireless will not be able to make any adjustments on your account, all charges are correct

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have just tested my speeds (6:PM 2/11) I was able to get down and up, not sure what is different about today from the last days If my internet speed stays consistent, I will be checking on and off peak hours over the weekend, then I will consider this case closed.The only thing I ask from Cincinnati Bell is that they credit the first months bill if I close this case at the end of the weekend, assuming that I am able to get consistent sppeds

This is still pending I'm not going to say that it is resolved until I have working internet They gave me an appointment for Sept9th, I believe In the meantime, I have had very unreliable internet service that I am still paying for

concerning a repair technician visit
I found that a technician
was scheduled to
go out on March 12th between the hours of 12:and
4:00. The technicians will contact customers
when they are on their way. The call
ahead of time would depend where the technician is. If he is in your neighborhood, it is not
uncommon for him to call minutes ahead
Per notes on the account,
the technician made three (3) calls to the can be reached number you provided and
did not receive an answer. He also left
a voice message. If the customer cannot
be reached, they assume no one is at the residence and the visit needs to be
rescheduled
It was fortunate that a
technician was able to go out later the same day
Cincinnati Bell’s
technician did follow proper procedure in this case. Cincinnati Bell does not compensate for time
or loss of income

I was able to add the promotions back on to the video and Internet and extend your current promotionsAll of the promotions on your account will expire on 07-19-Your total monthly charges will be approximately $This includes your unlimited long distance, tax and fees
I apologize if the original representative quoted only a 5% increase after monthsThis is not accurate due to unforeseen price increasesCincinnati Bell increased the pricing on the Zoomtown modem fee from $to $January The set top box fees also increased from $to $in January

Cincinnati Bell states that there Technicians confirmed the account has been terminated. *** is an open and available connection that is showing only at my home address: *** *** ***, *** ** ***. There is no internet equipment from Cincinnati Bell hooked up in my house. I am not paying for Internet Service from Cincinnati Bell. All equipment has been returned to Cincinnati Bell months agoIs it possible that Cincinnati Bell has their internet service of *** hooked up to my business telephone line at ###-###-#### that is located at *** *** ***, *** ** ***. This is a Business Telephone Line???Cincinnati Bell *** is still an Open and Active Connection that does not have a password in order to connect. States "OPEN". There is no way to disconnect it. I do not choose this connection. It is automatic and will not go away as Cincinnati Bell refuses to terminate this connection. This has now turned into a Privacy and a Deliberate Security Breach from Cincinnati Bell. Cincinnati Bell refuses to acknowledge this on going problem.Please contact me at ###-###-#### on my cell phone to discuss
Cincinnati Bell is who said that I was entitled to 10% off of my electric supplier charge since I was a Cincinnati Bell customerThey did not say that it was a promotional deal and that it would end after monthsI am under no contract with any supplier,therefore, they have no legal rights to charge me any amountCincinnati Bell is responsible for this miscommunication and I want to be refunded the overcharge
