Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The second technician sent out the same day, and the third technician who actually installed our service on 10/10, had no issues with the "condition" in which they would be/were installing our serviceAs previously stated, the first technician made slanderous comments about the condition of our home to his supervisor, who shared those with usHe also left without saying a word to usIf this is "professional customer service" from Cincinnati Bell, it's a miracle you're still openI am not satisfied with this "answer," as it was not an answerThere was no apology, just a justification for their poor service, which is unacceptableNo one should be subjected to this kind of treatment, and this situation is very disappointingDo you not have a PR department to deal with epic failures before they go viral? I'm sure you have someone there who could type up a simple "we're sorry we wasted your time and employee people who are so lazy that they lie about customers to avoid work." With the order it was set as a self install so no installer needed that is why a modem was shipped to you. I have cancelled the account and dated... back to the date the service was installed. An email receipt was sent to your email: [redacted] You will need to return the modem to our Cincinnati Bell retail store so that you are not charged the equipment fee. Once the order processes a refund will get sent out. It can take up to 30 days for the account to go final and the refund to be mailed. Hopefully it will be sooner than that.
