Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Priceline directly prior this complaint and received the same response numerous times My issue is that their low price guarantee as they explain it is not disclosed in plain site prior to purchase and is a deception with non refundable purchases such as my non refundable car rental The reason it is deceptive is that the only option to purchase a non refundable car rental is to purchase first and then see the rental company after The same goes with [redacted] Their low price guarantee as they explain it to me now will never be possible if you have to match car rental companies because you will never get a comparable price booking directly with the car rental agency My position is that I was induced to purchase this non refundable car rental expecting a credible low price guarantee and am now stuck in a contract with Priceline through deceptive business practices I am not the only one who feels this way Please click on the links below It is unfortunate that Priceline could not negotiate over $and has forced me to go this route[redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
