Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] wellnow I'm seeing how unaware or unconcerned the business is with satisfaction or appeasing a situationI stated in the first letter that I called their line for customer service and after a lengthy count down from the upper 60's on two occasions it apologized for being unable to continue and disconnected me both times, twice tried to reach the customer service online and both times also received the message that this was unable to proceed with the action, these were done immediately after booking the flights on the 28th,and I also apologize for having holiday/family events the 29th and not once again getting aggravated with this service but instead waiting to write a letter when available

I just wanted to update my complaint I filed for priceline.comI'm sorry I do not have the complaint numberThe issue was resolvedI was told there was no exceptions and I was being charged a fee since the hotel would charge them a feeI called the hotel and the hotel said they can cancel the reservation with no fees or penalties to me or priceline.comI called back and informed them of this and they called the hotel and verified the cancellation had happenedThey told me I would be refunded so I called the bank to update themThey recommended that I wait until I see a refund before canceling since they would deduct the money they gave me back and if I wasn't refunded the process would have to restart all over I am happy and relieved this issue has been resolved but it was a very long and stressful proccess to get to this point Thank you.Respectfully, [redacted]

I searched for the area I was in, not miles awayAt the very least it should have been disclosed that it is not in the area searched! I am very upset and won't be using Priceline again unless this gets resolved, which is a shame because I was really excited to discover the company because we travel frequently and are always renting rooms Desired Resolution I would like my money back for the room we did not get to stay in Consumer Business Dialog
