I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure that you understand, that by the time I found out about the ticket cancellation, it was too late to book anything else for the winter holidays and therefore, I am without a vacation this winterI work for an education nonprofit and don't have money to spareSo not only will I be going more than a year, now, without a vacation, but I cannot afford one this yearThis is ridiculous that you'd allow something like that to happen. Additionally, Priceline clearly does not have their things together, because all last week (when the trip was supposed to happen), I was getting notification messages from Priceline about "flight updates" for each leg of my flightSo apparently, it is still in your system that I was flying in spite of the fact that the flight was cancelledThis is very disorganized and not professional at all. Regarding my *** *** flight, I appreciate that now, a couple of weeks after I made my initial complaint and a Revdex.com complaint later, you're willing to reimburse me for my flightBut right after I wrote my initial claim, I called *** ***, and spoke to someone with a heart who allowed me to re-book using the flight credit without a penalty because of your stupidity - they felt bad for me. As such, I am sticking by my original claim that I require a flight credit from you guys to book a future vacation to *** (or somewhere similar) since you ruined my winter holiday.
