Spotify has been fraudulently charging my account twice a month since Sept of I have tried to resolve this issue before, but since they refuse to talk to their customers on the phone, it took hours of back and forth emails and I gave upI just tried to resolve this again and they could not care less about the money they have stolen from me $is nothing to this company, but is everything to me and my family The second account they claim I've been using has no playlists and has NEVER been tied to the account the money is drafted fromI have documentation to prove this

I have had a Spotify account for many years, established and linked to my Facebook account As of last week, I have not been able to access my account
Spotify is charging me for a premium service, that I can not access The reason that I am filing a complaint through the Revdex.com is that Spotify, offers no other way to contact them (no customer service number, all e-mail addresses are 'no-reply', and no chat service)
I want access to the services that I am paying for Furthermore, any business that is taking consumer money should provide some mechanism for which a consumer can address service issues

I lost my debit card and switched to a new oneI never gave spotify my new debit card information, but they charged my new debit card for my monthly payment without my permission I need for someone to explain to me how AND why this was doneThis does not seem legal at all

I have a FREE account and I've been being charged monthly $10+...I have contacted them and they talk to me, but when I bring up the issue, they stop
I have made numerous request to cancel my service with Spotify but they keep talking money from my card.It's impossible to reach them.The email address *** that they use is no longer accessible.I have sent numerous messages to let them know to no avail.They are truly the worst.My new email is *** which I have told them several times butI have yet to hear aanything from them.This is now going for months
I contacted spotify and told them that my account was being charged twice for service They only refunded me one of the payments and switched my account to free, but if they switched my account to free, they should have refunded both payments I kept showing them pictures of my account and they were saying that they were not really taking the money out but it was an issue with my bank I then showed them again that they requested the money and it was taken out So they refunded both things back and switched my account to free The very next month they were still charging my account twice They did not want to refund me the money until I told them that my account should have never been charged and showed them where they had said to switch my account They then told me that they were going to refund my money but never did, which caused my account to go into the negative and fees to be accrued on my bank accountThen they claimed they needed some information in order to refund the money back but I had already given them the info because that's how they did my original refund I have the e-mails to prove everything
