I received an email from customer service saying the same thing as before: "...the (student) discount can only be used with a paid subscription." This does not resolve my issue because my argument all along has been that gift cards are a viable way to pay for a subscriptionNowhere in any of the terms and conditions are gift cards specifically ruled out as a viable payment option for a recurring subscriptionThe language in the terms and conditions lead me to believe that I would be able to apply a gift card to the discount resulting in me buying a $gift card that I thought would buy me two months of service but instead only bought one.I'm not asking for a huge change of policy going forwardAll I'm asking is for Spotify to give me an additional month of service to compensate me for being unable to use my discount with my gift cardSpotify customer service seems unable to comprehend this or do much of anything outside of refer me to the terms and conditions which I have already read multiple times

I never signed up for this service and request a full refund for charges made to my bank account This company does not offer a customer service phone number to speak with them and have not responded to my emails to cancel this service I never enrolled in

I bought two gift cards from spotify and both of them were useless because one of them got sent to the wrong email address and the other was not available to be used in my countryI cannot get a refund because spotify does not even have a way to complain other than twitter and seemingly no way to dispute anythingThey keep saying they will enail me but I never recieve any emails because I dont have access to whatever account they are emailingI cant inform them otherwise because there is no customer service at spotify

Signed up for Sptify free trial and cancelled before it was over, back in June and I noticed last month I was getting charged the monthly fee of $all this month to my bank card and I have gotten overdraft because of it I have been trying to contact Spotify for about months but they don't have a contact phone number and I emailed and I still haven't gotten an answer I can't cancel my bank card because its were my SSI payment get directly deposit every month I would like to get reimbursed for this and the bad thing abut this is im getting charged for something idont even have access to because it was cancelled back in JUNE

We responded to the customer with the solution to their billing*** are charging them, and therefore we are unable to cancel or refund anything
I've responded to *** again with another reply reiterating the point that we can't modify anything to do with billing on her account, and she should be contacting ***

Hi, The issue explained in the original complaint was that they had paid for Spotify but hadn't received Premium, so the first course of action in this situation is to locate the account they subscribed on.It looks like we responded to the customer on November ***, asking for
some information so we could locate their account, as we weren't able to find it using the information they originally provided (their contact email address)The customer didn't get back to us with any details, so we weren't able to proceed with locating the account and cancelling the payments. We'll reach out to the customer again, just in case they didn't receive the first email. Let us if you need anything else. Thanks,

because: Spotify could not identify a subscribed account connected with my name, or email that they were communicating to me onSpotify or this said representative asked for more personal and financial information that I am not willing to provide to themI have enough trouble with the fact that they had my information to begin with and are billing me yet cannot identify an account for meI advised them that my bank is handling this and having their fraud division look further into this issueI have cancelled the card number being billed and will not provide any additional information other than the dates and amounts of the charges they asked aboutMy bank has assured me that this company should not be able to impose any further charges to my accountHow a company can charge you and send a notice to me and not be able to locate an account is really questionable operating practices.Thank you for your follow up on this issue.*** ***

I have a Spotify premium accountAt the time of billing, there was no money in the account, but was later addedDespite the money being available, I was forced to downgrade to Spotify freeWhen I tried to resign up for Spotify premium, it wouldn't go through and kept telling me "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day." I know there is money in the account and there have been purchases recently made with the account, so the transaction should go throughI have been trying for the past days, but nothing has happened

My alexa echo started playing music at 2am with no command to to so while I was asleep I checked my spotify account There were three android devices added at that time as well as hundreds of songs downloaded There is no customer service phone for spotify online help was uselss To prove I was 'me' they asked for me to produce a copy of my paypal payment to themI had trouble translating this in method they wanted I timed outThey cancelled my account No reason , apololgy or explanation for how this happened I could have proved who I was by other methods than a copy of my paypal account Horrible customer service and a music streaming service that is not secure
