The service I signed up for is supposed to include a Hulu accountI went to sign in to Hulu and they are telling me they can’t verify the purchase with SpotifyThe error requests that I contact Spotify supportSpotify support fill in email responded with a system generated email advising me to crowd source the community and gave a *** handle I want to speak with a personAn email conversation would be an acceptable method of communication, although I would prefer to speak over the phone I refuse to sign up for *** in order to contact a businessI want to get the services I signed up for or an immediate refund

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Spotify regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Nor is it surprising that you couldn't find previous attempts to contact you. In trying to contact you I was directed by your website that in order to contact you I needed to create an account. I do not desire an account, I do not want you to have the information you have requested, as that gives you even more potential to fraudulently charge me for your serviceObviously you have a problem with security that needs to be addressed. It is not necessary for me to provide you with the information you requested, I have filed a claim of fraud with my bank and if contacted by them you can tell them the same thing I have. I do not have an account, and I have never contacted you for serviceSo clearly the charges were fraudulently

I received a year subscription to Spotify as a Christmas gift in I was already enjoying a free 3-month trial of Spotify but it had ended, or at least I thought it had ended since I was back to those annoying commercials, so I activated the gift subscription by inputting the code on the hard copy of the Spotify gift subscription card I receivedIt appeared that everything was good and I was once again enjoying Spotify Premium....until I noticed on my *** this month that I was being charged $a monthI didn't notice the charges until this month and saw that I had been getting billed for the past monthsI tossed the year's subscription gift card after the Premium service was reinstated so I have absolutely no proof or recourseI asked Spotify what happened, and they said that they had no record of me activating a year subscription and that my day premium free trial had ended and they automatically began billing my cardIf that were true, I wouldn't have had an interruption in premium service...so something stinks in Denmark

I joined this music company named *** and they promised me a premium account after one month of free serviceI never got the one month free and now they're charging me for the premium service and I am still receiving the free service which is limitedI can't cancel the account because they have no way to cancel it

My mother purchased three $Spotify gift cards to put towards my Familu Premium account that I share with my wife and sonWhen I attempted to apply the gift cards I discovered that I couldn’t use them towards a Family Premium accountI reached out to customer service to see if they’d be able to work with me as my elderly mother failed to read the very fine print on the back of the card I feel that the card should have clearly stated on the front of the card, in clear sight that this was only valid for use on a standalone Premium accountI’ve offered to proved photos of the card numbers so that Spotify could zero them out then apply a onetime credit of $to my account, but they’ve declinedI’m hoping that we can come to a resolution

I would like to assure you that Spotify does not operate outside of the law and we do our best to find any unauthorized charges and refund those individuals.
Some cases can be fraud and we do take this very seriouslyI certainly hope this isn't
the case here as that can be a very daunting prospect.

I cancelled my account with spotify since August 2016, but they are still taking money from my credit card I tried to contact them but the link provided does not help to reach them I contacted my credit company and changed my credit card account and they agreed to do an investigation themselves Hope other people will realize this is not a trustworthy company to deal with

My credit card statement has been getting charged $per month I found out without my knowledge until receiving my last statement recently I spent 30-minon internet trying to find phone number to resolve this matter The phone number that is given next to the charge on my statement I tried calling first only to find that it is only an automated message saying "Congratulations, you have won a trip for to the Bahamas" No actual live person, nothing, the phone call just automatically ended There is no saved credit card info of mine in my login, the troubleshooting tips it gives you do not end up matching at all what it says to do when you go into your account, and I only find that there are hundreds if not thousands of people that have left comments of the same situation of getting charged and not being able to find any phone number or computer help that they need to resolve any kind of matter
