Hi, for the month of February I was double billed by SpotifyI have contacted Spotify by email regarding the situation and also sent a screenshot of my bank history where it shows I was billed twice which they confirmed they received and still was not handledI received emails each email suggesting I have multiple accounts which is definitely not the case and the last email requesting information for my *** page at which point I ended conversation with Spotify
I have attempted to contact this company at least times via email and phoneThe phone number listed with my bank ###-###-#### is a sales attempt that asks if you want to win a vacation I have emailed spotify to cancel my services that were canceled about months ago but I still get billed each month the $even though I don't even access this service at allI canceled the service around November of I eventually canceled my debit card to prevent any future withdrawls from this company
I would like to have my money refunded from November to the present month of May
They called me a *** and a fat *** they took off my *** card and still trying to charge me now my account is lock please look into this
Spotify advertising to give a free Google home mini if customers switch to their family planHowever, after switching they claim to the offer isn't valid anymoreThis is clearly advertising, it's not Callender bait and switchUnacceptable business practice
In the past months someone fraudulently subscribed Spotify using my credit card and I don't know who is that and I needed to contact Spotify to cancel this subscription and refund me - I researched online the company's website and other sites to find their contact information - there is no telephone number not email address to contact with to resolve this matterthere was a telephone number listed under the transaction in my credit card statement and that number which not in service ( *** )
My complaint is I can't reach them to resolve this issue

I had an issue today with my *** subscription not being linked to my SpotifyToday I have spoken to of Spotify repsI have been "assured" by each one of them that me allowing them to issue a refund then recharge my cards was the "only way to correct the issue"That is FALSEI was even assured by your other rep that I was to put my billing information in the system and I "would not be charged from ***" that too is falseTherefore I have had to contact *** twice and now have to wait up to business days for a refundThis is in no way customer serviceNow Im being told that they can give me a free month but that we need to go through the same process and they want to recharge my card for a 5th time total todayThe representative then said to me " Hopefully, by starting anew account a another charge it will get the account corrected"Really? No, Thank youHorrible customer service!
In November of I made an account with Spotify, and used it for two months before canceling in FebruaryThe first month was free and then I began to get charged from there onIn February I emailed Spotify to have this account canceled as I did not use it anymoreWell after pulling bank statements I have realized they have not done as I have asked and as they assured meI contacted them a month ago and they requested some documents in which I SENT EVERY SINGLE ONE THEY ASKED FORAfter asking me to send all of this they IMMEDIATELY, and I do mean immediately came back to me and told me they were not going to refund the moneyAgain and again I have tried to explain to them my emails are filtered and deleted accordingly, Also this was their mistake, they wont own up to it and I really have had itI want something done because they have yet to even take responsibilityI have so many people emailing me back that you dont even deal with one personIts ridiculous
We unauthorized charges keep comingEver signed up for a paid account, and we are charged monthly None of our email addresses are connected and neither is our Facebook, and neither is an outside pay service like Google Play ever used
For some reason we are being charged for a service, we never did a trial of, or paid for, even knew about or had access to We have been charged, since July Our credit card company tried to reverse the charges We changed our card to get a new card number, and still the unauthorized charges will not stop

I have been getting charged by *** and Spotify for two separate Spotify accounts for three years and did not realize both charges were for Spotify PremiumThis is an issue in itself that should not be permittedI called Apple and was informed that I was being charged by *** to have Spotify Premium as wellI then canceled my Premium account with *** account closed, I am being charged by Spotify for Premium even though both of the accounts I log into say I only have Spotify FreeI tried to contact Spotify for help in finding the account associated with Premium Service, and was directed to send an email to Spotify SupportAfter sending over my Merchant Receipt proving that I have continued to be charged, they sent a follow up email asking me for my credit card numberThis being suspicious, I did a quick search and found that this is a common email scam as noted by Spotify FAQ'sNote; they do not have a telephone customer service line
I have no way of contactin
They charged my USAA account for services I never ordered or purchased and now want further information about my account before they will refund the unwanted charge

[YourSpotify has indeed sent me an email days ago asking me what I wanted to do.I in turn sent them an email telling them it's been over months that I have been trying to reach me&I felt they should at least reimburse me for months&they can clearly check&see that I have not used their service in over months,well I'm still waiting to hear from them.They have got to be the worst streaming service.I would highly recommend no one to use this service.I have never had to go thru something like this

I cancelled my service with Spotify before my trial period had endedThey proceeded to repeatedly attempt to bill my card, to which I contacted them via their "contact form"I repeatedly requested that they stop attempting to bill me for a service which I wasn't usingI then put money in my checking account to pay a bill with, and they proceeded to take 9.99$ for a month's service fee from my account - against my wishes, and despite me cancelling their service priorSo, I verified that my service was cancelled, and continued to attempt to contact Spotify for a refundallowing several business days to receive contact from them via the contact formI never received any return correspondence emails from them and after due time and diligent waitingI became fed up and decided to leave a Revdex.com complaintThis is poor customer service and I am very frustrated, as it made it unable for me to pay my electric bill until the following week, as they took the payment on a Friday and banks

stopped only after the subscription payment was madeAccording to our database, this trial was started on 2014-**-**02:(This is UTC time, so there might be some date / time differences between countries), and the first payment was made on 2014-**-**02:UTC
Naturally, due to differences in time zones, and possible the way Boku's system processes payments, that could be why you were told the 17th and charged on the Sunday
Personally, I am satisfied that there was a simple error here and I would have no problem refunding this payment
However, as this payment was made through Boku, we are unable to refund it our endBoku will need to be contacted on ***, and they should be able to get this sorted for you

They must have gotten that from your inquiry. It just goes to show how inept they are at resolving this.I replied back to them regarding my previous emails being under a different account.

I paid for a year subscription that was suppose to start Dec.* and it didn’t begin until a few weeks later, when I spoke with a representative they assured me I would still get the full year until the date it did start and then they cut my subscription off on Nov*** When I spoke with somebody on Nov*** and showed them my email with my start date they kept arguing me that my membership started Oct.*** They then said they would refer to a manager and they will contact me in a few days to a week and I still have not heard anythingI would like my membership refunded entirely or my las month that I paid for given to me
Spotify is charging me $9.99/mo for the past several months even though I haven't used their servicesThere is no customer contact information whatsoeverI tried calling the number that was associated with the transaction on my credit card statement which was not in serviceI contacted my bank and they could not trace where the transaction was coming from eitherI even changed my credit card however the charges are still appearing on my new card
