If I could give zero stars I would - this company has what can only be classified as the worst customer service department on earth The fact that they provide no phone support is the cherry on top of the entire s*** sundaeI emailed Spotify about songs being skipped in queue, Spotify customer service then proceeded to cancel my premium family account and disabled access I then sent multiple emails asking for my account to be unsuspended considering that I had sent no such email asking for it to be suspended, and I did not receive a response Straight up - zero responseZeroA legitimately terrible company
I have been billed a total of times for Spotify Premium and when I log in to my account it states that I only have basic service and I am only able to access basic features
I am trying to cancel my Spotify Premium account The website will not allow me to access my account When I click on the "account" icon it says that I am offline I am not offline My internet is working fine on every other website I go toThere is also no contact phone number listed on the website or if there is it is too buried to be easily found I am stating for the record that I no longer want the Spotify Premium service and wish to cancel my subscription as of this date, January **, I do not authorize Spotify to draft any more money from my account I will be contacting an attorney about this matter and I am taking a screenshot of this page to prove that I am trying to sever my relationship with Spotify
Spotify allows the purchase and use of its software without having any customer service over sight provided to its user baseWhile this may not seem like a big deal, billing issues are not sorted out until our banking system becomes inextricably intertwined in the messSo, when contacting Spotify's "customer service", they encourage you to do so via Twitter, where after contacting them, they will "get back to you as soon as (they) can"This is preposterous given the fact that it is and customer support is an industry standard, especially when handling the financial information of millions of usersI am filing this complaint with the hopes that they engage in minimal customer support to ensure their users needs are being met
Our credit card is being charged every month for SpotifyNeither my husband nor I signed up for SpotifyWe tried to find some way to contact the company, but there was no number of email or any other options on the web site other than logging into an account (which we don't have, to our knowledge)Last month, my husband finally called the credit card company and they canceled last month's paymentBut, this month the charge is backPlease helpThank you
My debit card number was stolen a couple of months ago and the thief set up a recurring charge with Spotify My bank notified them last month that the charge they made against my bank account was fraudulent and put a stop-payment order in I was issued a new card and somehow Spotify obtained that new number and charged my account again this month
Did a free trial starting September ***, was explained that I would not be charged as long as I cancel my trial on October *** or earlierI went to go cancel my subscription on my Spoitfy account, but it claims that I am using their free service, but I am still getting all the features of a paid account, but yet it says I am using a free accountI am unable to delete my credit card from spotify because of the fact it says I have a free accountI messaged them on the *** explaining to them there must be a glitch or something because I signed up for a trial and am trying to cancelI have called my bank and they said they can get me a refund if I show proof that I cancelled before October ***, but I can't show proof because Spotify does not release their email or phone number, you can only message them online or on the app, which they claim to get back to you in hours, I have sent two messagesOnce on the *** to initially cancel my account and then one on the *** after I
Over the years (since roughly the beginning of Spotify) I have had about two problems with my accountSpotify not only responded very quickly, but also went above and beyond to resolve my issuesI am very very satisfied with Spotify's services as well as their customer service departmentSpotify has earned my unwavering loyalty as far as music services goI just want to thank Spotify for being such a great company to me throughout the years, and tell any potential customers that they have been great to me for many many years now
I do not believe that I signed up for a Spotify account (did not know about Spotify or their service until this mess) but I noticed the Spotify charge on my credit card, which was the first of many fraudulent charges on my Capital One card I reported Spotify to Cap One and received a new credit card Then got another Spoitify charge the following month because apparently I had a subscription I never knew about Spotify had gotten my new card number from who knows where I am able to cancel the service but unable to cancel these charges for the rest of the subscription period, it seems, based on info on the Spotify website I called Cap One and finally was able to have a block put on for Spotify on my account I might mention that I asked Cap One for a phone nuimber for Spotify (none is available on their website), and the one Spotify provided to Cap One does not exist or work (Cap One verified this) Am feeling very vulnerable as a consumer
Hi there,
Thanks for passing this over to us
I'll get back to the user and help them with their request
Best,
Spotify has turned in to a scam operation, any company that will not publish an phone number for customer service and continue to charge customers even when they don't used the service is a scam and need to be fined a lot by the consumer affairs department They even allow others to post fake phone numbers to rip you off so beware They also don't answer the emails that you send them telling them you being charged when you don't even have service I highly recommend you not use this service unless you want to pay forever
As I am leaving today for trip for charity I can only be contacted by email

I would like to complain all around about their customer service, billing, and contract issuesI would say their customer service is their biggest issueI had a billing issue and because there is no telephone number I used their contact on the websiteFrom the very begining I was disregarded and told to look on their website for the informationSO I continued to contact them to try and resolve an issue I had with their student verificationNot one single person read the emails I was sending and I was given conflicting and wrong informationHad one of these people actually taken the time to read the emails I sent and not passed them over to the next it to do the very same thing, this issue would have been resolved within emails at most in a day or of timeI am coming up on a month with emails back and forth and THEY CANCELED MY ACCOUNTThey refunded me "for my troubles" and said they were giving me a free monthBUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A FREE MONTH AND CANCELED MY SER

I had a fraudulent *** account swith my personal e-mail account I received an email from them today, 5/**/The first issue is I can't contact them due to there not being a phone number or e-mail address listed on their websiteIf you use the contact link, it directs you to a lpage, and I obviously don't have a log in as I didn't create the accountThe accessibility to customer service is horrendous In my attempt to search the internet for a means by which to contact them, I have encountered many other similar queries and complaints These all detail the inability to have the fraudulent account closed
The second issue is how can they allow new accounts to be swithout email verification?
Charged $for a subscription I never signed up for
Incredible customer service! Simply use their website's service page, and if you can't find your answer there, go to the "I still need help" button, which will direct you to a contact form, which you can fill out regarding your requestCustomer service will email you back, very promptly, even on weekends and in the middle of the night(!) to help you solve your problemThey will even own up when they recognize there are flaws in the system that could be addressed, and if you make any recommendations, even off-hand, they will send them up the ladder so that they can be considered in continued development of the serviceI had a fantastic experience with Spotify's Customer Service team, which worked together seamlessly to help me throughout the process of creating a new account by releasing my email from the old account and transferring all my playlists, saved tracks, and followers to the new account, which I can now use without having to rely on my Facebook credentials to log in, which I was then able to connect to my *** for social purposes separatelyWhile it was not a quick process, I had a great experience, and I am excited to see more from Spotify in the future, knowing I can rely on a great service team

[Your Answer Here]
I did not expect any different responseThere is no need to rehash the discussionSpotify's cancellation system is setup to maximize number of accidentally incomplete cancellations which leave no trace of cancellation attemptAs I said before, I can live without $but at least the record of the discussion will stay for potential future customers
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
