I just noticed that I have money coming out of my accountBut I have never started account with them and u can't call anyone to talk to a person to get help to resolve the problem and so they are stealing my moneyI can't login to the site when I don't have account with them

I ordered service as a gift for someone else $
They were supposed to receive an e-mail with a link to start the serviceThe e-mail never cameI confirmed multiple times it’s theOrrery e-mailThere is not any other recourse to take except and-mail correspondence and they don’t ever resolve it
They also offer very little guidance in what to do next

I did not create an account through *** and see no reason to share my *** profile with this businessI thought of one other possibility which could be related to a gift subscription but that was only provided for monthsThat was bought in Dec and the the receipt clearly states that the service would convert to the ad supported version after monthsI don't believe Spotify is unable to cancel the subscription with the information they haveAs a business practice you are simply making a cancelation more difficult in order to collect illegitimate subscription feesI am not going to repeatedly call my bank to be told that they don't have access to the Authorization Code, which they say is only available to them when a transaction is pending.

Sense the beginning of the year Spotify has doubled charged me and when I asked to have it refunded back they tell me they haven't double charged me even though they have the banks paperwork that says and shows they haveThey will NOT give me any money back

Deceiving promotion Spotify claims that you will receive free Google home mini if you sign up for Spotify family premium it claims promotion runs all the way trough ** December After contacting Spotify they claim that in their terms and conditions it says limited stock I find their promotion runs thought the end of the year very deceitfully
I cancelled our Spotify account in November I received an email confirmation from them that it was cancelled and no more payments would be taken from our bank account In December they removed another payment from our account I emailed them again and again they promised it would be taken care of
Come again January and now February, more money has been taken from our account, even though they promised via email in January it would definitely be taken care of We are now out $and all we get from them is a "promise" it is being taken care of
Spotify cannot be contacted via phone as they do not post their phone number anywhere The only way you can contact them is through email or Twitter We are very frustrated and irritated at this pointThey seem to not want to make things right

Spotify charged my credit card and I do not, and have not ever had, an account with them They do not have a phone number or an easy way to contact them if you don't have an account with them I had to dispute the claim with my credit card, who cancelled my card because what Spotify did was considered fraudulent, plus Spotify was getting ready to charge my account again I had to get a new credit card which is very inconvenient because of traveling with work
