A horrible experiance with billing department!!They took out money that on a subscription I had cancelled a month earlierThey do not have a phone # to speak to customer serviceThey took out unauthorized money from my account causing an over draft feeWhen I did speak to customer service they asked for all my transaction details fom my bank which I gave hesitantly and then turned around and said they could not refund me the money because it had been more than days! Spotify is a cool way to listen to music but their customer service and billing department are horribleMake sure you read the fine print before you subscribe to a premium subscriptionThey get an F for failing to care about their customers

Today 8-**-I spoke to a representative from my banking facility named RushCard
I called to inform them that this is the second time I have contacted them about a business called Spotify taking $from my account without my permissionThey informed me that they have been taking the same amount of $every month since 12-**-The first time I noticed the transaction was in July and I immediately contacted Spotify to stop any future transactions to my account and informed them that I never signed up for anything with themSpotify informed me that there would be no more transactions but it is still happening today 8-**-This has put me in a very bad financial and stressful time

I requested my account canceled on September ** and I was charged on September **When you go to the website there is no way to contact customer service via email or phone regarding this type of concern I have my email confirming I canceled it on September **

My credit card was charged $for a Spotify reaccuring subscription We have never opened a Spotify account or ever used their free services We do not even own a smart phone to download anything to We tried to contact Spotify but all the phone numbers associated with them are no longer in use They suggest we contact them online but you have to enter your account number etc Since we do not have an account with them it is impossible to contact them We contacted our credit card company and they are going to reimburse the charge However this means we have had to cancel that card and are waiting for a new card with a new number During our research we have discovered that other people have done this but the charges still appear when they receive a new card?? Fingers crossed this will not happen to us It is pretty disturbing that this can happen when you have had no contact with the company and have certainly not given them any card information The way they conduct busi

Spotify has charged my account twice, sometimes three times, since last October and I just noticed the charged last weekUpon trying to dispute this, I find out that a second account was made when I linked my *** to my accountThey assured me that I would be getting a refundAfter a couple of days went by, I checked my bank account and Spotify only refunded me one month's worth of the months they have been double charging meWhen I emailed them back to let them know that I only received one month, I was told that "It exceeds their day refund policy"This is horrible business practicesAs I dig further into this situation, I'm seeing that it is happening frequently, and Spotify is getting away with stealing people's money
