Spotify has yet to resolve the problem, and has not responded to my folle-mailMy folle-mail states:"Once this is resolved, I would like a full explanation as to why my credit card was charged without my consent(i.e., how did my credit card details get transferred to an account that you cannot track down?) I am one hundred percent certain that I did not authorize any other account to use my credit card, as I only have one Spotify accountThis, on its face, appears to be an extreme invasion of privacy and/or pure mismanagement of extremely sensitive financial information of your customers.Will you provide me with such an explanation once this is resolved? Additionally, I would like you to remove my credit card information from my free Spotify account, as I no longer trust your company to safeguard such sensitive informationAs I am a free user, I trust that there will be no issue removing my payment information from your systemsCan you assure me this?"

Hello,
We've refunded the user's payment and terminated their subscription, so they haven't been charged sinceThe user has been disabled after sending us a torrent of abuse, so they will not be charged again, nor will they be able to use Spotify.

I have been told via e-mail by spotify customer support that I will be refunded the charges that were applied to my account...I have only recieved one of the four refunds due to me.This will only be resolved when these funds are returned into my debit/bank account. Thank you.

I have been contacting the customer service by email for about 1/months nowAbout weeks ago customer service informed me that someone had been using my *** account and that I actually had to accounts with ***, so I proceded to contact *** and my bank to stop the 2nd accountMy bank contacted *** who agreed to refund the money that was stolen from me, but in the meantime they have also cancelled my account that they just charged me for days ago with no notice!! This is unfair and is also the 3rd time they have charged me and cancelled me with no noticeSomething needs to be done hereWHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE???

Company made an unauthorized charge to my card in the amount of $I have never had a Spotify account

I cancelled my account with them back in the end of december They kept charging me and I had to go back in and cancel my account again I went to contact them and get this issue resolved and their site gives you absolutely no way in which to contact them

I am writing because Spotify has no reasonable way to rectify a subscription dispute I tried to contact them via the menu on their website They do not have a phone number for support The provide an email option, so I sent an email The email option generated an automated message sent to my email telling me to post my question on a public forum I do not want to share any private information such as my debit card number, address, personally identifiable information etc I don't see how this can be easily settled by me, and it leads me to believe that this is a predatory practice I am writing the Revdex.com to complain about the obvious lack of customer support that should was and should be expected

I had my son add Spotify to my cellphone for the free trial period (actually for day's use ) It was extremely difficult to figure out how to get out of the free trial I have been paying a $bill since September,without ever using the service The only day I used it was on July *,for a graduation party

On 6/*/2017, my son received a notification from Spotify stating that "This is our last goodbye Your Spotify account is now closed" after we went through proper channels to close the account
We have been charged on a monthly basis ever since I have contacted the credit card company as well and like me; they are disputing the charges I can no longer afford this service Please, Close the account as soon as possible
