The are charging my credit card $4-times a month I only have one account with them so should only get charge In June they started charging me times a month Now in September I was charged times I've tried to contact them over and over again They do not have a customer service phone number you can call You can only contact them through e-mail After at least e-mails for weeks they have done nothing The charges keep coming and I have no way to stop them

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service all day, and heard nothing

I requested to cancel my subscription March/April and I noticed a charge from my bank account from Spotify this monthI checked and discovered Spotify has charged me every month and never canceled my serviceI have tried to call them but to no availA few days ago, I received an email from Spotify that my email was changed from *** to ***I never requested an email change and I do not own the *** emailI responded to Spotify email and to explain I didn't request the change and once again inquired about still being charged for service that I do not want and have not heard back from Spotify

I keep getting a reoccurring charge monthly on my Master Card from Stockholm Sweden for $from SpotifyI do not have an account with this Company and have never signed up for their services, yet they are charging my credit card?
I have tried to locate/contact the Company and resolve the issue, but I have been unsuccessful at obtaining a contact number or email addressI did send an inquiry to them to try and resolve the issue and I have not heard back from them? I have had to cancel credit cards in the past month as a result of these incorrect charges which poses an inconvenience each time and a lot of time and money wasted for me while I have to contact other companies who I have as pre-authorized payments to inform them that my card has been compromised yet again!

Spotify started billing my account in April as an automatic draft I have tried to contact them without success I do not have an account so I can't sign on I never ordered their services nor have received there services I contacted my Bank BB&T and they did nothing This is out and out fraud I didn't even know who they were until the bank statements I told the bank to give me proof that I signed up No one can because I didn't unless it was a spam that was hidden advertising something else

Hi there,
I have looked into the users complaintIt seems the account in question going from the details here has never had a free trial on it.
I will ask some additional questions to further find out if there are any other account
in existence via our internal CRM
In the immediacy the reason the cancel option would not have shown up will be because there is not in fact anything to cancel, therefore the option to cancel will not be visible.
This has been tested by self, I have been through the flow shown in our FAQ's and everything is up to side that end and cancelling still works on a free trial and subscription
I hope this explains the situation adequately.

How in the world does the Revdex.com give Spotify an A+ rating? Even your graph shows an overwhelming amount of customers are dissatisfied with Spotify!
The companies practices regarding billing border on being criminal in nature
I cancelled my sons account weeks ago, yet they continue to bill meWhen I log on to his account with Spotify, it even shows he no longer has an active account
Now I have to go to my bank and form a complaint and let them try to get my money back!
I will be making sure I let everyone know how awful this companies practices are and to NEVER use them!

I found a charge of $from Spotify USA on my latest credit card billThis is a charge which I did not sign up for, and according to the customer service person from my credit card company, it is a charge that’s been going on since May It is problematic to know I’m being charged for something I did not sign up for in the first place, as it is to know Spotify got a hold of my credit card account without my consent

My husband and I ordered Spotify on a month to month basis and were told we could cancel anytime For more than months we have been trying to cancel the service and they have refused to stop charging our credit card We can only contact them via email as they do not provide a phone number to call someone to actually speak with They have told us at least twice that they were going to stop charging the card and never do They owe us AT LEAST $for the money spent while we tried to cancel and haven't used to the service They also need to immediately stop charging our card

I have attemped to cancel multiple times, each resulting in subsequent billsAfter logging in once more after seeing the Spotify charge on my checking account, I attempted to cancel
On a hunch, after going through the cancellation screen and hitting 'Cancel Service', I scrolled down on the confirmation page to find another cancellation promptI again selected 'Cancel Service'I was once more presented with a page that required me to tell them I wished to cancel before I was able to fully process the request
Because of the location of the second 'Cancel Service' button - at the bottom of the page and only visible after scrolling through what seems like a confirmation that you cancelled - this very much seems like an attempt to keep current paying members from being able to cancel service as easily as they should beI was billed for four extra months because of not realizing this was happening and I am sure this is happening to many other members as wellThe system is design

This company is the worst! I recently had my credit card information stolen, and received a fraudulent charge from SpotifyWhile I contacted the issuing credit agency and disputed the charge, which they rectified
Spotify on the other hand has no effective way to file complaints or contact customer serviceEven in their “anonymous” submission still asks for account informationI feel almost as at risk putting any of my information in the nonspecific contact formThis whole company is shady to say the leastIf it was on the level it wouldn’t be so hard to contact them, something needs to be done

I have contracted Spotify and received a day free periodI have activated family premium sent invites to other peopleI have however on the website access to family premium as it states that is what my account should be and that I should be allowed to have all those people on my accountI have however not been able to enter that accountOnly one cellphone is active with Spotify and the others use her systemThis is not a family accountI have contacted Spotify repeatedly about this and have received answers that do not match my questionAlso now they are responding to the wrong email address as it is not even listed on the accountI must ask how they got it
