Again, the crack on the glass was not due to any physical damage, but rather while we were cooking dinner on this stove. I feel that hhgregg should take accountability for the product they sold and refund our money for the stove.

I would either like a refund and they can have the dishwasher back OR they can hire a competent company to fix the dishwasher. No plumner still has not been called.I wasted money on HHGREGG and the EXTENDED WARRANTY...The tech from HHGREGG didn't help me out of 4 or how many times he came .Why would I spend $800.00 for a new washing machine if I didn't have to? That company let me down.

There seems to be a lot of communication issues with HHGreg. Regardless of when the purchase was made HHGregg sold me incompatible products. That is negligence. I purchased the products together not separately. I depended on their staff to know what they were talking about. Their staff misrepresented these products in order to make a sale. Not exactly 3 years ago and, my receipts to prove it, today I am out of money I didn't have to spend with incompatible products. It's HHGregg's responsibility to make it right.

They have not been out to my house to determine what is wrong with my unit. I have requested for a repair tech and they are yet to provide me with a tech. No one has determined what the issue is. For all we know it is the seal given the fact the items in the freezer continue to thaw on their own. It appears HH Gregg is claiming they have made an attempt to respond to me. They have not. I have not had one clear conversation with their company and no repair person has been sent to my house. I personally had whirlpool at my house and they wouldn't touch my refrigerator because they claim HH Gregg is impossible to work with and would not contract repairs with them. My complaint is very valid!

The credit that was issues on my behalf was for 599.00 . My bill that I paid for the new dishwasher when I purchased it was 641.00 plus the price of the warranty plus installation. No one ever contacted me to let me know that there was a credit issued to me. When I called the corporate office of HHGREG , then they told me about the credit. I went to the store, and the replacement dishwasher was priced at 799.00. I did not go with this because why am I paying more money for another dishwasher that was never repaired and I was out of a dishwasher for 3 months? I spoke to the manager at the store and he reduced the price of the dishwasher to the 599 so I did not have to pay the different , however, I found out that I would then have to pay for delivery and installation again. The warranty company does not have this stated anywhere in there terms and conditions that they do not pay for the installation in the event that they replace the dishwasher. Also I found out that the warranty company paid out claims on this dishwasher from this company S&M appliance aka Bill. This guy never set foot in my door or show up anytime to fix anything but yet the warranty company paid out claims on the dishwasher? This is insurance fraud. I have turned it in.As for the installation and delivery and removal of the dishwasher they decided to replaced , I ended up paying $260.00 for all of this even though I already paid that from the previous dishwasher that I purchased a year and a half ago. After I paid this, I went back to the store and said I wanted to cancel everything and I want my money cashed out so I can go somewhere else to get a dishwasher from sears. The store refused to cash out my money , however , they did say that they were going to give me a credit for $321.00 on my credit card. I am currently waiting for this refund. I do have the new dishwasher installed, however, this is terrible that anybody should have to go threw what I had to go threw in order to get something repaired/or replaced. This is a terrible business and I will not buy anything else that has this warranty "warrentech." If I do not get compensated for my 4 days of missed work, and compensation for the 3 + months of not having a dishwasher , I have already spoke to Action News about this and they are willing to put this on TV. I have 6 pages of everything I contacted every company about this dishwasher and that no one had called me back ever. I do not think I should have paid for installation in the first place and if you do 321.00- 261=60.00 . I do not think $60 is enough to compensate me for the terrible mess that I had to go threw.

I have read the manual and you can not clean this oven. When you say easy clean that is false advertising. This is not easy clean. I scrape each particle off with a blade. I can't believe a brand new oven and you cannot clean. I notified your company two months after I received my stove. A long time has passed now, but that is because I had to go to next step because I received no satisfaction. I am also going to do a complaint against LG products. No one ever contacted me to let me know that there was a credit issued to me. When I called the corporate office of HHGREG , then they told me about the credit. I went to the store, and the replacement dishwasher was priced at 799.00. I did not go with this because why am I paying more money for another dishwasher that was never repaired and I was out of a dishwasher for 3 months? I spoke to the manager at the store and he reduced the price of the dishwasher to the 599 so I did not have to pay the different , however, I found out that I would then have to pay for delivery and installation again. The warranty company does not have this stated anywhere in there terms and conditions that they do not pay for the installation in the event that they replace the dishwasher. Also I found out that the warranty company paid out claims on this dishwasher from this company S&M appliance aka Bill. This guy never set foot in my door or show up anytime to fix anything but yet the warranty company paid out claims on the dishwasher? This is insurance fraud. I have turned it in.As for the installation and delivery and removal of the dishwasher they decided to replaced , I ended up paying $260.00 for all of this even though I already paid that from the previous dishwasher that I purchased a year and a half ago. After I paid this, I went back to the store and said I wanted to cancel everything and I want my money cashed out so I can go somewhere else to get a dishwasher from sears. The store refused to cash out my money , however , they did say that they were going to give me a credit for $321.00 on my credit card. I am currently waiting for this refund. I do have the new dishwasher installed, however, this is terrible that anybody should have to go threw what I had to go threw in order to get something repaired/or replaced. This is a terrible business and I will not buy anything else that has this warranty "warrentech." If I do not get compensated for my 4 days of missed work, and compensation for the 3 + months of not having a dishwasher , I have already spoke to Action News about this and they are willing to put this on TV. I have 6 pages of everything I contacted every company about this dishwasher and that no one had called me back ever. I do not think I should have paid for installation in the first place and if you do 321.00- 261=60.00 . I do not think $60 is enough to compensate me for the terrible mess that I had to go threw.

experienced. Per the warranty service agreement, once an item is deemed un-repairable by the warranty administrator, a credit for replacement is generated. Per the service agreement, the credit is a pro-rated cost. On 4/01/17, under invoice [redacted], an in-store credit was utilized by Ms. [redacted] for a replacement unit. I have read the manual and you can not clean this oven. When you say easy clean that is false advertising. This is not easy clean. I scrape each particle off with a blade. I can't believe a brand new oven and you cannot clean. I notified your company two months after I received my stove. A long time has passed now, but that is because I had to go to next step because I received no satisfaction. I am also going to do a complaint against LG products. I am willing to buy a more expensive stove. I am extremely unhappy with this stove.
