I purchased items from HHGregg and used Acceptance now for financingI NEVER got a working computer(IT IS NOT A LAP TOP) therefore under HHGregg's return policy I should have been able to have this issue remediedHowever it was notIt was an HHGregg employee who helped me shop and pick out my product, it was an HHGregg person who cashed it out, it was an HHGregg employee that helped me to my vehicle and it was an HHGregg store that I shopped inI was told this was special financing and HHGreggs return policy was the law of the landI have read through my papers and there is nothing stating otherwise then what I was told.I would like my money backThis is the only resolution. The person you tell me to speak to in the store just laughs at me and is rudeI wish to deal only with Higher Up HHGregg folks on this issue to avoid feeling like I am being attacked or discriminated against

This company knowingly sold defective and broken merchandise to us. We did not ask for a full refund only a replacement of the broken item. We have since purchased another television for my mother from *** *** and I will continue to warn ALL consumers via any media outlet that I am able to excess...to read ALL of the negative complaints lodged against this company before purchasing. Very unprofessional staff all the way through the Executive level. I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them and getting scammed. I guess this is their company solution for leveraging low Christmas salesNo worries they'll go belly up before long! Happy job hunting.

This is a broken record and a never ending cycle Warrantech tells us to contact HHgregg and HHgregg tells us to contact Warrantech Neither company stands by their product or warranty claims Very disappointed and will never do business with either company in the future Will also take every opportunity to discourage friends, family and colleagues from doing business with these companies as well
