The business has refused to give me the proper funds to my account with which I am entitled toI have received a call today from the business in question, and the employee that I spoke to refused to do anything about my credit being missing from my accountI was kind and curteous to the employee and trying to explain my situation and he rudely hung up on meI do not feel like that was good customer service, and I feel like corrective actions should be taken to ensure that this kind of service does not happen to somebody elseI would still like my funds put back into my account.Sincerely,Shawn ***

When they contacted us, they said that it because of our pre-paid bank cardOur bank said that the merchant has received payment and Sony is saying that they haven'tOur bank has record of where the payment was made and where they tried to double charge our account on several occasionsSony advertised that they will repair our system for a flat fee of $We also spoke to upper management at Sony and was told that it would be a flat fee of $for the repair or replacement of our Playstation systemNow they have our money and we have received our system back and no repairs were madeSony is unwilling to repair itAll we want is a Playstation System that actually worksNow we are without a working system and our money because of Sony's negligence
