I understand that you only service products up to one year from the date of purchase but the real problem here is that you sell a product with known issues to malfunction in this way and a lot of the time it takes just over a year for the issues to beginIt's not a matter of whether or not I get the controller replaced within the year its the fact that you continue to sell controllers that break after the year that you provide to repair or replace them and that is why I am seeking a controller replacementIt blows my mind that you can sell something with repeated issues wearing out so fast and setting your time to replace them to be less than the time it takes them to wear outI understand that your official rule is that you can't do anything after a year but this is a worldwide known issue that I am very bothered by and would like to see addressed

I spoke to ***. As his Dual Shock Controller is out of warranty, he
does not qualify for a service replacement. I recommended he purchase a replacement controller but he declined.
SIEA respectively declines his request for a retail refund of his PlayStation
