I do not accept it. I have asked for a new unit or a refund at this point and would prefer that to resolve this case. When speaking to them they said the unit never made it to them and they never received it. They said they were going to track it and get back to me. Then this Mr. Cunningham leaves me several messages saying they're fixing my unit and will send it out soon with tracking. What kind of bs, unprofessionalism am I dealing with? I am at my wits end and do not want to deal with Sony again. Refund or brand new unit before I ever agree with this case. I'm sorry it's just been the worse customer service in history.

I was contacted by Sony and my issue was resolved. It seems that something so simple shouldn't have been such a pain to resolve though, as I had contacted customer service several times prior to filing my complaint to no avail. While I am satisfied with the resolution, I urge Sony to reevaluate their policies regarding this issue so other people do not have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com in order to resolve a simple matter.
