Sony states that my account was banned for Account of Financial Scamming/Fraud I was never aware of any such issue and neither did I do it or got involved I am requesting proof I truly believe that it is a mistake and would like to get my account reinstated It seems to be an issue with Sony to just ban accounts with out detailed explanations and keep whatever data and money is left in accounts.Sincerely,*** ***

PlayStation As Ms***'s PlayStation warranty is expired a fee for service is dueOur out of warranty fee includes all FedEx shipping and certified PlayStation Parts installed by qualified PlayStation technicians

Evidence of
biologic infestations are immediately identified and returned without service to prevent contamination of our service facility. Our PlayStation certified technicians are qualified and provided the autonomy to determine qualification for
service as outlined in the terms of service. Infested PlayStations are disqualified from future service

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Even though the company provided a solution, however, in part, their response was, "Please note that this response is not an admission." It appears that the company is not owning up to there problems. If there was not an issue, the company would not have issued an update to correct the original problem. It appears that this company has a history of not appropriately dealing with customer concerns. For historical purposes, I have attached an email to the company's CEO from January 19, 2015, where I addressed some concerns about an issue a game that was freezing up. The CEO or his designee never responded. I sent a follow up email on April 6, and the CEO or designee still did not respond. I do not feel that the solution that the representative provided on Friday, May 5, was not appropriate.Sincerely,*** ***

This needs more transparency from their since two times in less than a year their service failed to recognized my PSas my primary device
