Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID*** I did receive a call the next day after I filed my complaint and although my account was unlocked for me there was still effectively no good customer service Apparently Sony or SEI or Playstation do not train their employees to do anything but robotic function They have no ability to feel, show empathy or compassion While I suggested it would nice if my account could be prorated for lost time, the representative nearly laughed at me Really? A billion dollar company can't throw me a few dollars for a defective system Maybe they are all playing the violent video games and are completely void of any human component I seriously am shocked at how a large company like this does not offer a phone number or an email for consumers to reach out to when they are distressed I had to repeatedly ask for this information and while the representative finally gave it to me he did so begrudgingly He could be worried that he could be reprimanded for this? Again, shocked and dismayed When I first started working with customers I was always taught that the customer is right Something sadly missing with this company Rather, it's a put up and shut up mentality I am ashamed to say I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with this company over the years.Sincerely, Julie ***
