***Coleman Furniture realizes the customer is frustrated, however we stand behind our warranty program. The customer originally contacted us August **, which is a year and a half after the delivery of their item and indicated to us that the mattress was experiencing issues. As
the mattress was covered under the warranty program we sent the customer warranty instructions and a form to fill out and return. The customer returned the completed form to us which indicates that if an item is covered under warranty and warrants replacement the customer is responsible for shipping costs. On August **, we advised the customer that we would need the shipping costs paid before we could order the item. At that time the customer advised he did not want to proceed We have had no information regarding the other issues the customer has identified. We will honor the warranty for the mattress once the customer pays the shipping costs.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

resolved, HOWEVER:
After my complaint was filed with the Revdex.com and after unrelenting persistence on my part a Coleman representative agreed to the full refund, thus resolving MY issue with this transaction.That said, I strongly recommend the Revdex.com investigate the business practices of this companyTheir terms and conditions and "fine print" are very hidden and ambiguous so when a purchase is made, all included clauses trap the consumer into essentially purchasing a damaged item without the chance of a full refund, no matter the damage, no matter the shipping time or shipping delaysI was nearly months with still no item and no estimated shipping date. It is my belief that Coleman purchases damaged items at a significantly reduced price, attempts to "repair" them, hikes up the price, and markets them as new and undamaged to the consumerThis in itself is fraud.The there is a delay in shipping because the items sit in a warehouse while repairs are being madeNone of this is made clear to the consumer, and every attempt at trying to locate your item is covered in lies by their representatives.Reputable furniture companies stand behind the products they sale, and if they are damaged, usually the consumer does not pay for that product. I was lied to many times by Coleman furniture representativesTheir deception was debunked only when a representative mistakenly informed me my item was damaged and in a warehouse for repair, otherwise I would not have known I was essentially getting damaged goods with "hidden" repairs. I strongly believe consumers need to be aware of the unethical and misleading methods Coleman uses to trap a consumer into a purchase they will not get for months.THEREFORE I AM URGING THE Revdex.com TO LOOK AT REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE, THERE ARE MANY MANY ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD AND DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES

[[after reading the other complaints against Colemans furniture I realized this is the standard response that is given I was told by the man that delivered the bed that Colemans gives customers the run around when they try to get things repaired He said that the concerns I had were valid Including the nails popping through Now their response is that it is " normal"I have never had nails popping through brand new furniture Now the paint is peeling off the bed rail I have included pictures I had correspondence with Candyce from Colemans via email She sent a warranty claim form At the bottom of the form it states that the customer is responsible for any shipping cost if the product is warrantiedI have attached the form Essentially it is another way to ensure the customer will not put in a claim for their warranty This is unacceptable! I can only imagine that the next thing they will say is the peeling paint is " normal" too I ask that their is accountability for the warranty of this product.

This response is laughableShe is making it seem like they had this long discussion with me to assure me the colors would matchThis is the *** I have even heard the words: dye lotThe conversation was brief because the rep seemed like she didn't know how to handle the situationI could hear a male voice in the background trying to assist herThe reason why I chose to wait to have all items delivered together is because I ordered pieces and expected all pieces to be delivered togetherHer use of the words refused delivery makes it seem like they were at my door with the furniture and I refused to accept the deliveryThis was of course not the caseI was given an option and elected to wait mainly because I couldn't keep taking days offs for multiple deliveries and I wanted them to make sure the pieces of the sectional all fit togetherWhat was I going to do with half a sectional and they couldn't even tell me when I would expect deliveryI had no idea that it would take another 4-weeks for deliveryMy decision to finally cancel was because it was taking to long for them to fill the order based on my immediate need for furnitureThey never initially disclosed the item was out of stock, which would require additional timeI cannot believe this response even still mentioned about delivering the furniture when I received an email from my account manage on 7/** that they had processed my refund and the order was cancelledJust proves my point that this company does not know how to effectively communicateThis complaint will be resolved once my credit card has been creditedThey can keep the restocking fee because I am over them and their lies

was advised that the estimated time of arrival was still mid SeptemberOn 9/**/the customer was advised via email that the furniture was estimated to ship from the manufacturer at the end of the weekOn 10/*/a customer care agent from Renegade Furniture Group spoke with the customer to advise that the product was now shippingOn 10/**/the credit card that was provided by the customer for payment was declined and a new credit card was providedOn 10/**/the customer was emailed that the order was en route to the local delivery hubOn 10/**/the order was received at the delivery hub where it was determined that the chair was damaged and deemed not deliverable at that timeOn 10/**/a repair was approved for the delivery hub to bring the chair back to % manufacturer standardsOn 10/**/the customer was informed of the damage to the chair and advised that Renegade Furniture Group would like to still deliver the sofaOn 10/**/the delivery hub attempted to call the customer several times to schedule the delivery, unfortunately the number that was provided was not a working numberAn alternative number was provided by the customerOn 11/*/the delivery of the sofa was made to the customerOn 11/*/a new chair was ordered directly from the manufacturer due to the original chair deemed not restorableOn 11/*/the customer was provided with the estimated time of arrival of weeks to ship from the manufacturerDuring this call the customer expressed his concern as to to how long it was going to take to get the new chairOn 11/**/the customer called asking for an update on the chair shipping out, and he was provided with the estimated time of arrival of weeksRenegade Furniture Group recognizes the customer's frustration with the original chair coming in damagedAfter it was deemed not restorable a new one was immediately ordered from the manufacturer. This is completely false! After being advised I would have to pay almost 1/the cost of the actual bed cost I advised the customer service person to hold off on doing anythingSince the movers/installers stated they were paid hourly they stated to take as long as I needed to figure thingsI called a couple friends who stated they could just remove the wooden side pieces and screw them in about 4" higher to resolve the issue of the bed being advertised as a platform bed but required a box spring which is not then a platform bedbut again I found an easy solutionAfter about mins I told the installers to continue with the installing but don't put ont he slats so that I could have a friend come and adjust the side piecesThey agreed and this can all be confirmed with them as well as I do not have any reason to lie.This bed was exactly what I wanted and no reason to return it accept that once they unwrapped the headboard and attached the sideboards the headboard was clearly manufactured incorrectly and defective and the side panels were wonkyTherefore I told the installers/movers to take the bed and I would return it and contact the company when they left as it was defectiveI was sure to take the photos necessary as well to have what was needed for proofWhen I contacted the company after they left, I was basically called a liar and told I had no choice but to pay half the cost of the bed for shipping (which was free to get it to me) and 25% restock fee which due to the defect is ludicrous!! The customer service I spoke to had quite the attitude and the customer service manager was unwilling to even listen to what occurredShe had her mind made up that she was not going to take this return regardless of what the right thing to do isWhen I sent photos again I was made to feel stupid as if I didn't know what the heck I was looking at when I clearly was the one who set the photosI was told this was to manufacturer standardsTo that I laughed as clearly this was a bait and switchPhotos of the bed on the website were NOT what I received as far as quality and she didn't want to listen to anything I had to say just to stick it to me for a manufacturer defectWhat amazes me is initially there was no accusations that YOUR company did anything wrong but to not stand behind your product that if its defective you will certainly take it back especially with clear pictures is beyond me, horrible business and theft I also inquired as to why online there is NO mention of renegade furniture which is the company slip that I received when the furniture was deliveredHad I known that clearly there are bad reviews on this company and would not have purchase...another bait and switch tactic which I believe is against the law! Photos are attached of what your customer service manager could not apparently see clearlyThe headboard is bend, does not fit properly to the upper part of the headboard and the side panels did not allow the bed when attached to the headboard to lay flat on the floorI was told by the customer service manager, just put the bed on it, it will lay flat thenARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That is certainly NOT a satisfactory solution and she should be demoted picture 1-are the bed before the movers repackaged it uppicture shows the website advertised photo of what the bed and headboard SHOULD look like

This is a lie I have the emails from the company savedI received partial shipment of the items I was promised in dec 2016, which can be tracked as delivered in December since then I have been contacting the company in regards to the missing items I was promised back in DecemberThis was prior to the warranty expiringColeman furniture and Melissa H*** has since then decided it is ok to ignore calls and emails from me I finally received an email response from Melissa H*** the middle of February telling me the warranty is now expiredI have been sending her emails daily explaining that it is not my error, I have been coresponding with them since December to receive the products promised to me only to be ignoredI have not heard from Melissa H*** or Coleman furniture since this correspondence, they think it is ok to ignore customers concernsI was promised replacement cushion covers for the entire sectional and I only received one part in December I want the other cushion covers that were promised to meI have saved proof of all correspondence with Coleman furniture and Melissa H*** including every unanswered email that was sent.

A manager from the business did call me yesterday to discuss this issueI was offered an option to refund the amount for hutch/buffetBut, I had to reject it, as they offered to refund only for hutch/buffetI have some pieces (table/chairs) of this dining set sitting here in my home and we intend to have the entire set to be deliveredI requested the business to either deliver the entire order or cancel the entire order and take away the dining table/chairs from my home and refund for the entire orderThat was rejected by the business.The business advised that they will work on delivering the remaining pieces of the set (hutch/buffet) by end o May But, no guarantees were given in this regardI have no confidence in the business delievering on this timeline, as the earlier promised timelines were conveniently neglected without any notificationI was also offered some conpensation for the delay in processing this order (it's been months since I placed this order and my credit card charged)I did request detailed information in regards to the compensation be spelled out in an emailI haven't received any response yet from the business manager yet
