***Coleman Furniture has been speaking with this customer in an effort to have this matterAs per the written confirmation from the customer, they had agreed with Coleman Furniture to accept the partial delivery now and when the additional items come in they would be delivered as well.
If the customer has opted to receive a complete delivery in lieu of receiving the new entertainment center now and the book cases when they arrive at the local hub, Coleman Furniture will be happy to make that accommodation.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***This customer ordered a bed from *** and refused it upon delivery. The items had a white washed look to it and the customer feels that it is not correct. The manufacturer has been contacted and verified that the item is within manufacturer specifications. The customer
does not want to accept that. The additional damages that the customer has advised about in the Revdex.com complaint were not noted or revealed to us.Customer has been refunded minus the restocking fee. I filed an A-Z claim with ***, and at this time, I have been fully reimbursedThe claim that this company tried to reach out to me after they sabotaged the attempts at resolution is completely falseMy attempts to contact this company after December *** were completely ignored, and they even intentionally ignored the *** claims department, which then delayed my claim being processed in a timely mannerI had to reach out to the senior most leadership in the *** Payments department to get this resolved, over hours of my time invested to do so.Coleman did absolutely nothing to address their mistakes, their delays and trying to shove a damaged product on me*** did thatColeman ignored me, refused to offer a discount, or a full refund both of which were only asked for after considerable delay and lies told from this companyMy complaints with them stands, and will stand, until I get an apology for wasting my time, stealing my money, and then promising and implementing a company wide policy based on customer satisfaction and not retaliation (since a third party had to pry a full refund out of their hands.) They didn't even't have the decency to do so theirselves, or respond to this complaint with a real attempt to make amends, using a copy and pasted response from their HR manuals instead

[Your Answer Here] Thank you for the assistanceAttached is a compromised email sent to renegade furniture asking them to send a carpenter to replace the lock delivered without a key.This email was sent on 10/**So far no response from RenegadeThe issue is when the desk was installed, customer service made a promise to send the right key immediately.Week or more later, they only send a lock to replace the existing lockI communicated with them that this was not the agreement, all I want is the key to be able to use the deskMy reply was ignoredSince the lock is located inside the desk chair cavity, replacing it would cause damage to the side panel. I am willing to accept their offer on one condition: If the technician damages the desk while replacing the lock, Renegade will have to haul the desk and refund my money.If the technician replaces the lock and the condition of the desk is un altered, I will accept this solutionThank you for you mediation and fair response.BS: I do have the series of emails communication with Renegade Furniture which proves that I tried very hard to solve this issue to no avail

Although I appreciate the willingness of the business to remove a portion of the non refunded charges/fees, I must still return to the the point of the discrepancy, which is the depiction of the color of the two woods The two depictions on the website of the Weathered Nutmeg and the Vintage melange appear to be identical Hence, this led to the telephone call to the sales department at Coleman's to assist in determining the accurate color The website pictures and the email confirmation picture of the product have virtually no difference in color, only name Sincerely,

Coleman's statement is not trueI did retain the boxes and labels as requestedPictures where forwardedI also donated the damaged furniture to Goodwill and the receipt was forwarded to Coleman, customer service (Lori C*** and Arele Ei*** and they never respondedColeman never intended to do good on the furniture replacementsI was only advised by customer support (Lori C***) to withd*** all claims firstI was strongly advised by *** Payments not to proceed with the withd*** since it was not the way to go about itI finally got a refund from *** and Im very thankful for thatColeman would have never sent replacements and would have kept my moneyThis business should be investigated and/or finedI have put complaints with various institutions in order to prevent Coleman Furniture from trying to do business this way.
