***Coleman Furniture has offered monetary compensation to the customer in regards to the delay the customer experienced. I attached the photos on my prior messages and here it is againthe gaps on the sides and bad leather on one piece is not "customer preference"It is a defect or bad piece.Coleman furniture did send the technician and Tech fixed one piece and told me she needs to come back on another appointment to fix the remaining pieces, which never happened, and Coleman Furniture from no where claiming that all issues are fixed, which is not correct.I deny their claim saying this is customer preference and they address all issues.Thanks,***

They resent the same damaged furniture with more damage than the first delivery, I would like to go before a judge and let the judge see exactly what they are doing and how they are bringing damaged furnitureI want a full refund, I was willing to accept brand new furniture in the original manufacture carton, to be opened at my home upon delivery, but Coleman furniture will not allow that

My order for the sofa was placed and paid-in-full way, way back in SepAt first I was told delivery will be in Dec2015--before the holiday season. But they delayed the delivery to early-mid January (before we left for our trip to Asia on 1/**)As a result, our living room remained empty without a sofa for the entire December-January holiday season! Around January *, Virginia Deer of Coleman Furniture told me January delivery was Delayed, and it's now scheduled for February ** (after we returned from Asia) and that I would be contacted via email prior to February ** for the deliveryBut they NEVER emailed me--again--and this turned out to be yet another delay! By now, why should I be surprised any more? Do you see a pattern of delays here? ALL the delivery dates promised by Coleman Furniture turned out to be nothing but thin air: empty and broken promises! Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed and aggravated! Eventually the sofa was delivered in March--about a half year after my order was placed and paid-in-full way, way back in Sep2015! This sofa will be aptly named "the sofa that took forever to arrive"What a rotten deal! Never again! Buyers beware! Please refer to my original complaint for more detailsThe case is NOT closed until I have received another $compensation for repeated, major delays and loss of use, enjoyment--including, but much more than the entire December-January holiday season

day policy or not, the chair fell apart after two weeks, so as long as it lasts five days, they assume no responsibility? A return policy should not matter if the item is poor quality and falls apart after two weeks of useI will be filing with the Attorney General next as these people are just ripping off the public.

After multiple conversations, MsGabriel did honor the requested refund of $150, which was refunded on October **, An e-mail regarding the warranty was never received as she stated it would beAdditionally, during the conversations we were informed the couches would be repaired and re-delivered in SeptemberIt was later told to us, one of the repair panels was shipped in September, the other would not ship for a few more weeksWe were then informed the second replacement piece would ship in October and the delivery of the repaired couches would be at the end of October/beginning of NovemberAlthough an inconvenience, we accepted the resolutionOn October **, 2015, we received a phone call and e-mail from Cierra Z***MsZ*** stated the second repair piece has not shipped and the part would not be received until mid-DecemberThat is only the anticipated date of the replacement part, not the delivery date of the couchesThis issue has been on-going since August 2015,As we were without couches and with an anticipated couch delivery in September, we purchased used couches from Good-WillWe are now entering the holiday season where family will be visiting and staying for extended periods of time and the couches will not fit our needsThis has been a very disheartening and frustrating situationAlthough it has been communicated a "rush" will be put on the order, which has been told to us multiple times, the repair and delivery of the couches is no longer within an acceptable time frameOn October **, 2015, a refund was requested from MsZ***MsZ*** stated she would refund our money, minus a 25% restocking feeThis is unacceptableWe did not receive the product we paid for and we have never had ownership of the productWe paid Coleman Furniture a total of $2,for both couchesMinus the $refund received, we are respectfully requesting a refund in the amount of $2,540.

***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is frustrated. However, the customer received all the his items and signed for the delivery indicating they had been inspected and found to to be in good condition with no damages to the items. The customer called a week after his items were received and advised that he had found damages on his items. Customer was advised that as the items were received with no damages we would not be replacing his items and we could as a courtesy send a furniture touch up marker to him. Many of the marks that the the customer is indicating as damages are actually intentional "saw" marking by the manufacturer. Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:On 1/**/I saw that the charge was back on my card because the dispute was in the favor of Coleman Furniture because they were working with me to repair the furnitureI contacted Coleman and spoke with Eric on 1/**/he told me that he would have to contact the delivery company to find out what was going on with the furnitureThis was the only communication that I had with the company since 12/**/when the furniture was picked up from my house to be repairedI talked to Melissa on 1/**/and she assured me that the furniture had been repaired to 100% manufacturers specifications and ready to be redeliveredI got the contact information from her to contact the delivery company, on 1/**/I went to the warehouse to inspect the furniture and I found it in a corner barely protected by moving blankets(refer to picture)When the furniture was pulled out I inspected it and nothing had been repaired and the furniture had more marks on it because of improper storage of itI sent Melissa pictures of the damage again, and I let her know that I had given Coleman furniture the opportunity to remedy they issues and after weeks the furniture had not been repaired, that this was unacceptable and I wanted a full refundI have continued the dispute with my bank because Coleman has my money, they have the furniture and did not repair it like agreedOnce again Coleman Furniture has lost contact with me when Melissa told me that the manager, Mendel would follow up with meToday makes it weeks and day that they have had the furniture and I have not heard from anyone at Coleman Furniture since 1/**/at 11:18am when Melissa told me "I spoke with Mendel this morning and he is working with the delivery company on your itemsAs discussed yesterday he said he would contact you mid day" No one has contacted meI want a full refund because I have given them ample time to resolve the issues and they have not
