*** Coleman Furniture would be more than happy to address all issues that the customer is expressing. Even though the issues were not noted at the time of delivery. This will be done as a courtesy to the customer as this is outside of policy and procedure. However, this cannot be done until the customers dispute is resolved. At that time we would replace the item as the customer is requesting, however the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

Its hard to notice a broken piece that someone tried to cover up with wood glueThis isn't something that was reported weeks later, it was reported within hours of deliveryWas I supposed to pull on everything to make sure it wasn't glued on? Everything appeared to be in good condition when it was deliveredI have no way of knowing that someone had glued a piece that they had previously broken No one will come and fix the bed for $dollars I will except a new footboard, a return of the bed, or a refund of $so that I can have someone come out and fix it properlyDo you guys not stand by your product? You have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with

In addition, I did not make racial comments, I described the delivery men as *** *** men, short and tallAs I stated ask to use my restroom and each ask if I lived aloneI began to become uncomfortableThe young lady from Coleman became belligerent & ask what race had to do with it? I stated, nothing I was only providing a description of the delivery menI have been in contact with Felice C***-Director of OperationsFelice ask if she sent me a picture of the repaired table, would I look at it & I said yesI received the picture & issued response on 3/**/16: If you look at the picture, I can see air bubbles, and breaks in the carvings on the picture in the woodThe furniture is not acceptable. I also requested all documents of the check points, approvals of the routing of the Dining Room SetIn addition, I am requesting receipt of documentation of the location the furniture was shipped, include all stops until the final destination, where the damaged furniture is returned, and how/where is the furniture restocked, if it is resold, and the condition the furniture is classified as new, used, damaged, or other? Provide information as to where the furniture is currently located, who issued the repairs, with a background on their qualifications to repair? Also, did you determine who damaged the furniture, and state the terms of responsibility, and accountability of who damaged the furniture? Confirm if Coleman has regulation in place, to hold the person, or Company responsible for fee's associated with the damage? Please provide the name, and contact information of you Boss; in order to escalate this issue. I am waiting on a response from Felice C***-Director, as of 3/**/4:39pm. Whoever damaged the furniture should be held liable, not the Customer who purchased new furniture and Coleman is attempting to sell as new

As you can see by the attached documents, the order confirmation sent does not shoe the actual photo of the piece of furniture Is you also see the attached web site advertisement of the two colors of the table, Weathered nutmeg (my initial preference) and Vintage Melange (what I was told by the rep that would be more suitable)there is no difference in the color in the pictures Thus, a consumer is forced to rely on the guidance of the sales representative Additionally, the color of the table in vintage melange is not represented nearly as dark as the color actually is. ***Coleman Furniture stands behind the furniture that it sells, and as such will honor any warranty on the furniture that is valid. However, the customer purchased and received delivery of their item in August of and the warranty for bedroom furniture is year. The customer is

***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is concerned in regards to the delay they have seen in getting a response to the delivery of their items. However, the customer was advised of the estimated time frame for the item to ship to the local delivery hub. We are within
that time frame and the customers items have arrived at the local delivery company and are undergoing the inspection process. The customer will be contacted shortly to schedule their delivery as we have verified the items are there. If the customer wants to cancel their delivery there are fees assessed that the customer was made aware of and agreed to when they placed their order.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman Furniture understands the customer is frustrated regarding the delay in delivery for their order. As there was some issues with locating their desk we have cancelled that part of their order and refunded them in full for the desk. The customers bookcase is ready for delivery and the customer has been made aware of this. I am fully aware that the furniture had a "white washed" appearanceThat does not mean that the "white splatter marks" (previously mentioned) are not cause to call the furniture defective or damagedThe "white splatter marks" were very obvious and did not appear to be "as the manufacturer intended." In addition, as was apparent in the pictures I emailed to the business, there were obvious black marks on all of the pieces, obvious wood splintering on the backs of several pieces, and the above "white splatter marks." I do not understand how the this business can look at those pictures and say that the furniture was not damagedAdditionally, I had stated several times to representatives of this company regarding the details of my complaint and the damaged were clearly evident in the pictures I tookThe 3rd party furniture delivery person even told us that the furniture was defective and did not look appropriateI have asked the business several times for this delivery person's report and they have failed to give it to me.Regardless of what the manufacturer states, the furniture appeared to be damaged/defective and at the very least displayed "poor workmanship." From a brand like ***, we were expecting much higher quality standardsColeman Furniture does not value their consumers and only goes by what the manufacturer statesAs previously stated multiple times on Revdex.com and to the business itself, there is no resolution to this issue, other than a FULL refundI am not willing to accept a "rebill" and shipment of the same furniture I already deniedThank you

*** Customer placed his order 9/**/online for a Luke Leather sofa. He was advised on 9/**/that there was a 12-week manufacturing time frameNovember *, customer was advised of an estimated ship date of mid December At that time he advised he would be out of the
country in January and February 2016. In January the customer was advised that there was a delay in shipping from the manufacturer and was offered a $compensation which was already refunded to him. Due to delay in manufacturing and having to wait until the customer returned from his trip the delivery company was not able to get him scheduled until today. He is scheduled for delivery today.Customer was advised of the time frame for making his order with the manufacturer and what to expect with scheduling.We can up the compensation to a refund due in an effort to offer our apologies to the customer. The company has reached out to me twice and keeps advising me someone will call me and come and attempt to repair the damaged furniture however still no one has called me still to this day and I have had this damaged couch in my home for theee weeks now and $is a joke for the three weeks of frustration and lies that I am keep being told withI results givenThis company keeps telling lies and they won't even contact via phone they always send an email saying per our conversation and they haven't even talked to meive left messages for the operations manager who won't even call me backvery unprofessional company

*** National Moving, the local delivery partner will have the technician look at the item again. They have looked over the order and have not been able to find any tears in the item. They also advised that the mechanism works fine. They will be creating a video

***Coleman understands that the customer is unhappy about the issues that arose at the time of their delivery. All items are inspected when they arrive at the local warehouse and are then delivered to the customer. Unfortunately there are sometimes issue that occur during delivery
that may make the item become damaged. Due to this Coleman Furniture has procedures to rectify any such possibilities. During the check out process all customers must agree to these conditions and policies by agreeing to our terms and conditions.Coleman Furniture has sent all the necessary parts to rectify the customers issues to their home and a certified technician has been to the customers home to completely resolve the issues. Coleman Furniture has verified with the certified technician and the manufacturer that the item is at 100% manufacturer standards. The technician has had to revisit the customer multiple times as the customer has been unhappy with the restoration and continues to find fault even when the items are verified to be at 100%. The customer has to understand that as leather items are created from the hide of an animal they are never 100% identical, and as such there are always slight variations Due to the customer having this issue Coleman Furniture has compensated the customer in the amount of $after their items were verified to be restored to 100% manufacturer standards and at the time we did that customer was OK with that resolution. I understand Coleman Furniture's own standards can be lower than common standards or common sense, but customers would never buy such products if Coleman Furniture explicitly disclose their own standardsIn my case, there was no way for me to notice such low quality standards Coleman Furniture has, because the advertised pictures have no deep wrinkles on leg parts and no large color/granularity/polishing difference on leather surface. At the delivery, there were no deep wrinkles and no large color/granularity/polishing difference with the original partsAfter the repair attempt to those places, another issues came out and we reported themI do not understand why the responder mentioned the following:"Coleman Furniture has addressed all issues that the customers items were delivered with, however we can not continue to address additional issues that the customer finds as these were not noted or present at time of delivery." Did we have to predict (1) that the repair results by Coleman Furniture would be such defective and (2) what kinds of issues would come? "the local warehouse" was previously mentioned by the responderIn Terms and Conditions of Coleman Furniture, they describe "We inspect orders prior to delivering them to our customers to make certain that items are in perfect condition." Now the responder said Coleman Furniture is an online retailer without any warehousesI do not understand how Coleman Furniture inspected my order and ensure the item was in perfect conditionThis is important because I want to know where the damages came from and who are responsible to the damages. Previously the pictures were taken with iPhone, and now I took pictures with Canon EOS 60D to give "significant" feeling to Coleman Furniture customer service about the cosmetic defects made by the repair attemptsI am not talking about natural wrinkles. Coleman Furniture have not refunded any money becasue we did not bring the check to the bankWe did not compromise with that small money for multiple cosmetic defects and inconvenience we experienced for more than six months, but Coleman Furniture stopped responding to use and sent the check out after claiming there are no remaining issues. If a customer buy a refurbished item with a largely discounted price, it does not need to look like new because it is repaired, and customer cannot ask a replacement or a full-refundColeman Furniture try to make our case similar to that except the full price we paid.
